September Ashton Kutcher Fancy Box

I was excited to get the Ashton Kutcher A+ Fancy Box box this month.  This box is for my husband and I was really hoping it was better than last month.  The Ashton Kutcher A+ Fancy box is $39.00 a month plus shipping.  You can use FOLLOWUP10 to save 10% on your first box. First Look Fancy packs alot of brown paper in each Fancy box.  I wish they would use a smaller box or less paper.  It seems a bit wasteful. Clicker TV Remote Bottle Opener $25.00 From Ashton “Sundays in the fall are all about securing a spot on the couch, and not moving until the final whistle is blown..  With this tv remote/bottle opener-in-one, staying planted just got much easier, so pass me another cold one-game’s on, and I’m not going anywhere”   C loves this remote.  I tend to hog ours, so he has his own now.  I imagine him sitting on the couch with the remote, watching his favorite shows with a beer…in pure happiness. Shot Flask $25.00 From Ashton” Why choose to sneak a swig when you can pour your beverage of choice into a stealthy 2 oz cup?” C loves this too.  It is a flask and a shot glass in 1.  I see all kinds of fun with this. Apron Guide $26.00 From Ashton “Need to know how long to roast that chicken, steam those vegetables, defrost those ribs? Just look down” C and I both like this.  I am not the best cook, so I think this is a great tool for me too.  The information is upside down on the apron, you lift it up and can read it. The Box   Final Thought: C really liked this box.  It had a total value $76.00!  Every item in this box will be used.  ThatContinue Reading

Kiwi Crate Halloween Crate and Discount Coupon

Kiwi Crate just came out with a Halloween crate.  I was excited to get it, because I knew my son (age 4) would love it.  The special edition Halloween crate is $19.95 and you must buy it separate from the regular subscription.   There are two projects in the Glowing Halloween crate: 1.  My Halloween Lights (make lights that really shine) and 2.  My Glowing Ghost (the ghost can be worn as a reflector on Halloween. The Information Card Kiwi Crate always includes an information card with full color photos.  Everything Kiwi Crate does is very kid friendly.  If you are new to Kiwi Crate, it is designed for children 3-7. Back of the Information Card Kiwi Crate always has Kiwi figurines on the back of the information card.  They are designed to be colored, cut out and played with in the box. My Glowing Ghost The ring glows when you press the button.  The ring goes inside the dome, to make the ghost head.  There is a string, so the child can tie it on to their bag, costume or wear it around their wrist. Full Color Directions All the directions are full color and easy for the child to understand My Halloween Lights In this craft, the child uses paper and modge podge to decorate the jars.  There are bat pieces and pipe cleaners to make spider legs.  Kiwi Crate included 4 battery powered lights to go in each jar.  These would make a great seasonal nightlight. Full Color Instructions Again, each set of instructions are in full color and easy for a child to understand.  This helps pre-readers understand what they are supposed to do without help from mom and dad. The Box This is everything in the box.  This will be a great Halloween activity toContinue Reading
