Poop Buddy Review

Poop Buddy is a subscription box that helps make your walks with your dog, a little more fun and less messy.  Poop Buddy sent me one of their subscriptions to review and I loved their subscription.  Every month, Poop Buddy send eco-chic poop bags, along with two selected products for your dog.  One thing that stuck with me, is they donate 10% to WWF and dog rescue organizations.  I love a company that gives back. Why do I need to use a poop bag? Using a poop bag from Poop Buddy is eco friendly.  “Eco-Friendly: A term used to refer to goods and services, laws, guidelines and policies claimed to inflict reduced, minimal, or no harm at all, upon ecosystems or the environment.”  40% of dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs.  When dog waste is not picked up, it goes into the soil and into the water systems.  Most water treatment facilities are not made to properly filter animal waste.  This means it could end up in your drinking water, YUCK.  Dog waste also carries Salmonella, E.coli, roundworms and tapeworms.  The nitrogen in dog waste can also kill plants, wildlife and fish.   To protect our drinking water, ponds, lakes and rivers, the best way to dispose of your dog’s waste is to put in a bag and throw it away. The Details: Cost: 1 month:  $10.00 a month           3 months  $9.00 a month           6 months: $8.00 a month What’s in the box? You will receive a monthly themed set of eco chic poop bags with at least two carefully selected products for your dog, from all-natural treats to chews and unique accessories.  You will get at least 80 bags each month.  You can email  [email protected] if you have an extra large dog and extra large needs.
