This is a mix of sunflower kernels, cranberries, peanuts, raisins, golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. This is a great snack for between meals.
Kind Energy – Peanut Butter
Kind Bars are a go-to snack for my husband. This one is peanut butter flavored. This one has 35% less sugar than regular energy bars. The bar has 10 grams of protein to.
Chef's Cut Original Smokehouse Beef Stick
These beef stick has 8 grams of protein and zero sugar. My kids love getting beef sticks in the subscription boxes.
SunRype Fruit To Go
This fruit strips came in apple wildberry and are gluten free, nut free and vegan. My children love these for an after school snack.
Appleways Blueberry
These pastery bars from Appleways remind me of turnovers. I love eating these for breakfast.

My whole family enjoys jerky and beef stick products. This turkey stick made for a good mid-afternoon snack.
Honey Stinger Bar & Good To Go Chocolate Mint Bar
The Honey Stinger bar has nut butter filled crackers that are covered in chocolate.
This bar tastes like chocolate mint and has 1g sugar, 4g of net carbs and 8g of fiber. The bar is quite large and has 160 calories.

Kamut is a type of grain that is small and crunchy. This is flavored with sea salt.

These sweet treats contain Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Sugar, and Chocolate Chips. This is a large bag and has only 160 calories.
Stroopwafel
This wafel is filled with caramel, cinnamon, and bourbon vanilla. These are amazing when they are headed up. We got mini stroopwafels last month (different brand), so I was surprised to see the same type of food again.
