Bulu Box Limited Edition Holiday Survival Box Review
Bulu Box, a health subscription box, has released special holiday boxes. The essential box is $17.99 and comes items to help you through the stress of the holidays with traveling, partying, and health needs. You can upgrade the box to get the STYR Labs Fitness Tracker. The larger box is $29.99 and comes with all the samples as the essential box, plus the tracker.

The box is the classic orange box with inspiring words and phrases on top.
First Look. There was a card on top with the phrase “never stop exploring”.
Bulu Box puts all the details about the products in their box online. Note, I used the prices Bulu charges for their full-size products, to determine the individual cost of the items in the box.
Vicks VapoCool $6.02 Cough drops seem to be a staple around my house during the winter. These are good for sore throats and gives you “Vicks Vapors”. I am going to give these to my husband, as he tends to get a cough when the weather changes.
Ugly by Nature Toothpaste – Mint & Watermelon I have never heard of UGLY toothpaste before. These are a one time use sample. The toothpaste is vegan, cruelty-free, fluoride free, preservative free, and free from artificial colors. There is also a warning to keep this away from pets. I am going to put these in my travel bag and use it for emergencies. These small sizes would be great for an overnight trip when you just want to bring a small bag.
Xlear Saline Nasal Spray I have had this nasal spray before, and it works great. It's all natural and non-medicated. It's great to help combat congestion and won't dry out your nasal passages.
Sambucol Gummies – Black Elderberry $1.24 These gummies taste great and they don't stick to your teeth. This will give you the immunity support you need and these are gluten-free and vegetarian.
Nutritional Designs Nana Flakes These flakes are made with bananas and can help treat diarrhea. The BRAT diet is great for treating upset tummies and diarrhea. If you are not a fan of bananas, this can be added to juice or pudding to get the benefits.
PartyPal – Hangover Relief and Prevention $2.90 If the holidays cause you to drink a bit too much, you can take this to help your body rebound in the morning. Just take these three pills while you are drinking. You can also take three more in the morning, but this package only came with 3.
RXBAR Nut Butter Vanilla Almond $1.00 This is made with simple ingredients and tastes great on whole wheat toast.
DUDE Wipes $1.00 These wipes are designed for men, but women can use them too. You can use them to as a wet wipe for the bathroom, or to freshen up after a long plane ride. They are flushable and TSA approved.
STYR Labs Fitness Tracker $29.95 (Upgraded Box Only) This tracker works with an app to track your steps, sleep, activity and calories. You can download the app for free to see how you do each day. The box comes with a $10 coupon for the STYR store.
Final Thought: I couldn't get a value of all the samples, but what I had was around $12, so the essential box value seems to have close to the cost of the box. The tracker is my favorite item in the upgraded box and adds an addition $30 in value. Aside from the tracker, I also liked the cough drops and nose spray.
