I just signed up for this and did not get a free fourth box as advertised. When I emailed julep I was told I would see a credit for the fourth box after the next billing cycle. I paid $60 up front for the subscription so I don’t know what they mean by that. I will update and let you know if I actually receive the free 12 piece polish set.
I did receive the free 12 piece polish! The colors are random and not the same as the ones in the picture. I actually like the colors I received more than the ones in the picture. I recommend this deal!
