My Imagination Mail's subscription, “My Fairy Tale Box PLUS” is a monthly subscription experience for children.This box curates boxes for children all around different fairy tale characters, like Santa, Easter Bunny, Mother Nature, Man in the Moon, Sandman, etc. Boxes are $39.95/month for the Fairy Tale PLUS box and they come with weekly postcards, crafts, games, toys, stickers, a monthly calendar a personalized letter to the child and more.  This box is designed for children 3 years old and up.

My Imagination Mail has one of the best boxes for kids! The box is very colorful and has pictures of fairy tale characters around the box.

First Look

There is an official letter in the box that is addressed to each child.  The May letter is from Mother Earth. Father Time will be writing the June letter.

There is a letter to the grown-up help, with a list of all the items in the box. Each activity also has listed what skills your child will work on.

There were calendars for April and May in the box. The calendars are filled with fun and important holidays.

Science Experiments This sheet is filled with four weeks of science experiments. I like that the activities are separated into different weeks, so your child won't get bored.

Fairy Tale Preschool Playcademy While all the items are included in the box for a reason, My Imagination Mail took it a step further and made an assessment for your child. There are fourteen different categories and each category has a description and what products in the box work on that skill.

Each week, your child will get a new postcard from a character. My children received Squire the Squirrel, who let my kids know about important dates in May.

Five Blank Cards & Envelopes My children have been sending cards to their grandparents with their monthly cards. These cards are blank inside, so your child can personalize them.

Skills Developed: creativity, imagination, verbalization, pincer grasp, pre-writing, fine motor, language, and communication.

My youngest loves crafts and we played with similar materials in the last box. This craft turns into a flower with a stain glass-like pattern.

My Fairy Tale Conversation Cards For Dinner Conversation Starters My boys enjoy using these cards during dinner conversations. Each card has a question or more to discuss as a family. Dinner is always out time to connect at the end of a busy day, so we enjoy using these cards.

Skills Developed: verbalization, curiosity, confidence, group dynamics, listening, taking turns, explanations, and clarifications.

Squeeze Jelly Octopus This is a fun squeeze octopus that is a great stress reliever. The octopus is filled with foam beads and my youngest really enjoys playing with it.

Skills Developed: squeeze grasp, fine motor, scientific cause and effect, right brain development.

Berenstain Bears Double Book, “We Love Our Mom!” and “We Love Our Dad!” I had a huge collection of these book as a child, but I don't have this one. This double book is great for Mother's Day and Father's Day. The book for mom is on the front and when you flip it over, there is a book for dad.

Skills Developed: Pre-reading skills, print motivation, print awareness, vocabulary, letter understanding and pre-phonics.

Stickers These stickers are all about animals.  The book has three different designs and two of each design, with a total of 290 stickers. My kids like to use these on the blank cards in the box.

Skills Developed: fine motor, visual perception, hand-eye coordination, pincer grasp, handedness, hand strength, and muscle development.

Collectible Pin My kids take turns putting the monthly pin on their backpacks. Each month, kids are sent a new pin.

12 Darice Markers My youngest child loves to draw, so I am sure he will enjoy these. These are non-toxic and have a very fine point.

Skills Developed: colors, fine motor, pincer development, pre-writing skills, and print awareness.

Ty Beanie Boos Wood Ornaments with Markers This might seem weird, but I was excited to see these. Growing up, I had a huge Ty Beanie Baby collection, so I am familiar with this brand. I didn't know they made crafts! There are two Beanie Boos, two sets of googly eyes, and makers.

Skills Developed: hand-eye coordination, pre-writing skills, builds confidence with accomplished and creativity.

Adventure Planet Sensory Sequinimals These type of sequins toys are very popular right now. Based on the direction you brush the sequins, the snake changes colors. Even though this is pink and purple, my boys will still love him.

Skills Developed: fine motor skills, calming and focusing.

Counting Ladybugs Handprint Craft Kit This kit turns into a hanging decoration of ladybugs sitting on the tall grass. The really cool thing about this kit is the grass is made from your child's handprints.

Skills Developed: counting, assembly, patience, manual dexterity, and visual organization.

Color-in Set of Two Puzzles Your child can color and decorate two different puzzles, a monkey, and zebra. Once they are decorated, your child can play with the puzzles.

Skills Developed: hand-eye coordination, pre-writing skills, build confidence when completed, and creativity.

Squishy Duck My youngest son talks about squishies daily. They are all the rage in his class, so I know he is going to love this duck. It's also a great stress ball.

Skills Developed: sensory toy and fun.

Rukus Jr. Game This game involves matching and stealing cards to get to 77 points. This game has won several awards and it will be a nice game to add to our camper for rainy days.

Skills Developed improve concentration, critical thinking, train visual memory, increase short-term memory, increase attention to detail, improve the ability to find similarities and differences.

Small Bag and Self Stick Felt Stickers There was a tiny tote bag in the box that your child can decorate with felt stickers. Your child can also use other art supplies to personalize the bag.
