Gainz Box is a subscription box devoted to CrossFit. Boxes are $32.00/month and come with premium fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, snacks and more. When you subscribe, you will fill out a profile with your gender, clothing size and birthday. Gainz Box is a veteran owned business and they take opportunities to give back to charities. CrossFit is a high intensity workout with constant specific movements. This is the Gainz Box May 2017 Subscription Review.

Everything ships in a little square box. This box is always packed with great workout gear.
First Look
This month's box was the Emily Bridgers Edition. The information card unfolds to show everything in the box and the retail values. Somehow after my unboxing video, my information card walked away, so I did a screen shot of my unboxing video.
FITAID Tank Top $25.00 This tank top is light weight but made of a soft material. I only workout in tank tops, so this will be helpful at the gym.
FITAID Hat Snapback Hat $26.99 Hats are great to wear at the gym when you don't want to be bothered. Just put on your headphone, put on your hat and focus on your workout. This is also nice for when you are working out outside.
FocusAID $3.00 This energy drink gives you energy and focus with out artificial ingredients or large amounts of sugar, caffeine, or taurine. We love going to basketball games, but it's a long drive. I am going to save this for time we need energy driving home!
FITAID Socks $19.99 These socks are super thick and comfortable. It's important to have proper footwear when lifting weights. These socks are made with 85%, 10% polymide, and 5% elastane.
Enlightened Roasted Bread Beans Crisps Sea Salt $1.25 This snack is has 100 calories and 7 grams of protein. The carb/fiber ration is also pretty great, 15:5. These crisps are made with sunflower oil, salt and broad beans.
Drink Koozie $2.99 I drink water 99% of the time, but I like the message on this koozie. This can be used when you are enjoying your cheat day beverage.
Victory Grips Wristbands $5.99 Who wants to stop and grab a towel in the middle of a great workout? These wristbands are soft, so they won't be irritating when you workout.
There were several coupons in the box, including one for Enlightened Pint of Ice Cream ($5.99 value).
Final Thought: This month had a total value of $85.21. This was a great box, especially the shirt and hat. I love getting new workout items each month.
