Gainz Box is a subscription box devoted to CrossFit. Boxes are $32.00/month and come with premium fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, snacks and more. When you subscribe, you will fill out a profile with your gender, clothing size and birthday. Gainz Box is a veteran owned business and they take opportunities to give back to charities. Ugly Christmas Sweater $30.00 This is my first ugly sweater! This sweater is soft and pretty stretchy. You will also get an opportunity to explain the “Merry Gainzmas” phrase. Gainz stands for improvement in your fitness, not gaining weight! When I saw there was going to be a sweater in this box, I was a but skeptical of the quality. I am pleased to report this fits and feels great.

Caffeine and Kilos Beanie $25.00 This beanie is perfect for wearing to the gym. It's quite cold where I live and I have to wear my workout clothes to the gym. My son was a bit skeptical of the look, but he is giving me a pass to be able to wear it to drop off at school.

Thumbs Up! Tape $5.00 This tape is used for weight lifting to protect your fingers and hands. I have some lifting gloves, but there are still places that get calluses. This is self adhesive, and sweat resistant.

Greater Than Sports Drink in Grape Vine $2.39 This drink helps rehydrate you after a workout. This is made with filtered water, coconut water, apple juice, concord grape juice from concentrate, pomegranate juice, monk fruit, natural flavor, vegetable juice, sea salt, and citric acid.

Caffeine & Kilos Shoelaces $8.00 These aren't super exciting, but they are useful!
