RawSpiceBar is a spice subscription box, that is only $6.00/month.  Every month you get 3-4 premium spices and coordinating recipes every month.  Each month features a different region.   Each spice, contains 2-3 ounces and there is enough to make 3 separate dishes serving 8-12 people.

Hazelnut Dukkah

Hazelnut Dukkah: This is used to make the Toasted Flatbread & Dukkah.  This spice is made of hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander, cuminm, fennel, thyme, sea salt, and black peppercorns.

Sumac Berries

Sumac Berries: Sumac is a popular berry found in Egypt. This spice is designed to go in a citrus based dressing.  The ingredients are simple for this spice, just sumac.

Sumac Carrot Salad with Almonds & Olives

Sumac Carrot Salad with Almonds & Olives This salad uses the Sumac spice and is made of carrots, baby rocket leaves (what's this?), almonds, olives, lemon juice and salt/pepper.

Egyptian Spices

Egyptian Spices: This is a traditional spice that is used for the Parchment Roasted Egyptian Spiced Bronzini.  The spice is made of coriander, cumin, cinnamon, paprika and other spices.

Parchment Roasted Egyptian Spiced Bronzini: This is made with whole bronzini or any whole fish and cooked with lemon, tomatoes and spices.
