First Look

The box comes with a booklets filled with recipes and descriptions of the tools and foods in the box. The book is a mix of a recipe book and information card.  The items in the box are featured with the recipe they go with.  Hamptons Lane also included many recipes online as well, 30 in all.
003

Dia del Perro Hot Sauce from Lucky Dog, Hayward, CA $6.99 This sauce is fantastic!  It's made with green tomatillo, toasted onion, and serrano peppers.  This is a sweet sauce with a spicy kick, but it's not too spicy.  It actually tastes like a really good salsa and would taste amazing on pork chops.

Chile Margarita Rub from Spiceologist

Chile Margarita Rub from Spiceologist, Spokane, WA $9.00 This spice smells amazing!  This has notes of citrus and peppers.  Hampton's Lane featured this with shrimp, but I think it would taste great with shredded chicken.

Minnesota Grown Wild Rice from North Bay Trading Co

Minnesota Grown Wild Rice from North Bay Trading Co., Brule, WI $6.00 This has more protein than white rice.  I am eating more protein and less carbs so I am excited to incorporate this into my healthy eating.

Salad Dressing Container from Evriholder

Salad Dressing Container from Evriholder, Anaheim, CA $5.00  If you work outside the home, you know putting dressing on your salad in the morning, can result in a soggy salad at lunch.  This is great way to take your dressing and it's easy to use.  The bottle is made of very soft silicon, so you can squeeze out every last drop.

Organic Pearled Farro from Nuts.com, Cranford, NJ $5.00 This is packed with nutrients and even has 4 grams of protein per serving.  It does have gluten, but the information guide states it's low enough for people who follow a gluten free diet.

Organic Pearled Farro from Nuts.com

Airtight Stainless Steel To-go Bowl by Onyx, Blaine, WA  $30.00 This is my favorite item in the box and the key item for the power bowl.  The lid clamps down, creating a seal and keeping your food fresh.  Make sure you remove the seal before putting this in the dishwasher.
