Snakku is a Japanese snack subscription service that is very different from other boxes I have reviewed.  Snakku specializes in sending Japanese snacks that you can only get in Japan.  All the snacks come from local snack makers in Japan.  Boxes are $38.95/month and filled with 10-15 expert curated snacks.  If you upgrade to a 3 or 6 month subscription, you will get a free Traditional Japanese Furoshiki Wrapping Cloth.

The box ships in a plain Priority Mail box and comes wrapped in a Traditional Japanese Furoshiki Wrapping Cloth.

Shiriu Koibito

Shiriu Koibito: These are butter biscuits with white chocolate in the middle.  These were a wonderful sweet treat.

Yakitoukibi

Yakitoukibi These little snacks are made from corn and rice, then glazed with soy sauce.  This is a sweet and salty treat from Spporo Ohdori Park.

Kinoyoya Milk Cookies

Kinoyoya Milk Cookies These cookies are made with 100% natural and organic milk.  These are just sweet cookies that almost crumble in your mouth.

Sapporo Curry Senbei

Sapporo Curry Senbei  These little curry chips have a crunchy salty curry flavor mixed with a soy sauce flavor.

Bourbon Lubera

Bourbon Lubera These are butter cookie cigars.  They have a heavy butter flavor with a light cookie texture.

Kinoko No Yamai

Kinoko No Yamai:  These mushrooms are made of a cracker/cookie base with a milk chocolate top.

Northern Sable Eggs

Northern Sable Eggs These are made in northern Japan from free range eggs.  They tasted similar to a sugar cookie.

Pota Pota Yaki

Pota Pota Yaki These rice crackers have a sweet coating on top, similar to last month's Senbei snacks.

Puccho Cola Candy

Puccho Cola Candy This is cola flavored candy that fizzles in your mouth.
