Nerd Block Jr May 2015 Review

Nerd Block Jr May 2015 Review

Nerd Block Jr is a fun box for kids 6-12, filled with toys, collectibles, and goodies from popular tv shows, movies and more.  There are not many boxes that are not craft/activity boxes for kids over 5.

The Details:

Cost: $13.99 plus $6.00 shipping

Coupon: To subscribe to Nerd Block Jr, click HERE and use the code SUPERHERO to save 10%.

What's in the box: Nerd Block Jr. is filled with toys, games, and collectibles from your kids favorite brands including Star Wars, Disney, Adventure Time, My Little Pony, Angry Birds, and many more!

When am I charged? Initially, you will be charged for your first Block at the time you register for your subscription. Then, you will be billed at the beginning of every month for that month’s subscription (January block is billed on 1 January). The monthly billing closes on the 8th of the month.
For example, if you subscribe on January 10th, that payment will be applied to February Block (remember, the closing date for January was the 8th). Your next billing will occur on March 1st for the March Block.

If you subscribe prior to the closing date for that month’s Block (you subscribe on January 7th or prior) you will be billed immediately for January’s Block and your next payment will occur February 1st for February’s Block.

The closing date can be found on the homepage (hint: it’s the countdown timer).

When does it ship?  Nerd Block Jr. is sent out at the same time as Nerd Block – approximately the 15th of every month, give or take a day. Once your Nerd Block Jr. is shipped, you'll receive an email notifying you of your tracking information!

How do I cancel? Cancelling a subscription is easy! Just email [email protected] with your name and address, and they will cancel your account. Please note that all orders must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the 1st of every month.

This is the Boy Box review

032

Nerd Block Jr ships in a blue box for boys and a purple box for girls.

150

The Quest for the Diamond Sword: An Unofficial Gamer’s Adventure, Book One $6.41  This is book one of an unofficial novel inspired by Minecraft.  Minecraft is super popular, but my son isn't into it yet.

172

SharkSkinzz DC Comics “Justice League” 12 oz Reusable Folding Water Bottle $6.95 This water bottle has a clip and can fold up flat.  You can freeze this and take it to sports events, or trips outside to play.

173

Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Rocket Raccoon Soft Touch Magnet $6.00 This is Rocket Raccoon from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie.  This seemed like a weird choice for Nerd Block Jr, as I am not sure what a kid would do with a magnet.  This could go in a child's locker, if they have one at school, or if they have a magnet board in their room.

153

Tech Deck Star Wars Darth Vader $9.99  This is a little skateboard, and you can buy more sets to change out the wheels.  This comes with a stand, so you can display it in your room.  We just got back from Star Wars Weekend at Disney World, so my son really liked this.

177

There was a little flyer for Sick Bricks and a card from Nerd Block Jr to enter to win a contest, when you tell them your favorite cartoon.

146

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $29.35, which was more than the purchase price.  My son liked the Tech Deck and the Sick Bricks the best.  The only item I felt didn't belong is the magnet, but otherwise it was a nice box.  You can try Nerd Block Jr using this link and the code SUPERHERO to save 10%.
