First Look

Everything arrived safely and was frozen.

Sourdough Walnut Bread

This bread is baked for 18-24 minutes at 450 degrees. This large sourdough loaf is made with walnuts, and it serves eight people and has 130 calories per serving.

My husband and I enjoyed eating this bread right out of the oven, and the walnuts made the bread taste more “hearty.” This bread was fantastic paired with some vegetable soup.

Enjoy fresh pasta with simple ingredients. Both of these kinds of pasta contain just four ingredients: flour, water, salt, and eggs. These were great to have on those busy nights with too many activities. Both of these pastas were done cooking in just 6-8 minutes. Just add sauce, and you have a meal!

Slow Fermented 3-Seed Bread

This bread is made with whole wheat and wheat flour, combined with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and honey. This is a huge loaf that feeds nine people.

I am a huge fan of sourdough bread, so I was surprised to find out that I enjoyed this bread so much. The seeds on the top do make a bit of a mess, but it was delicious with some warm butter.

This is regular sourdough bread. The loaf feeds 12 people, though it was much fewer with my family (we love bread).

This was the very first bread that I made. I got a bit browner than I wanted, but I did learn more about how hot my oven gets. This bread is fantastic, and there is nothing better than warm sourdough bread right out of the oven.

Sourdough Rolls

My whole family, including children, enjoyed these sourdough rolls. They were quick to make and completed our dinner nicely. You can keep them frozen until you are ready to bake them.

Giant Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Giant Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I was not prepared for how tasty these cookies were. It's hard to tell, but these cookies are giant, about the size of a bagel. There are 180 calories in a 1/2 cookie, but let's be honest, no one is going to eat 1/2 cookie. My husband wants many more packages of these cookies. These are the best-tasting cookies I have made at home.

Final Thought: This box was fantastic. My whole family enjoyed this box. The sourdough bread was the favorite bread, and the chocolate chip cookies were also very popular. If you want to try Wildgrains, use this link to get $10 off your 1st box with the code BOXMOM.
