Ipsy Glam Bag Plus October 2020 Review

Ipsy Glam Bag Plus is a beauty subscription from Ipsy.

Subscriptions are $25.00/month and contain five full-size makeup items personalized to you. Each box is valued at $120.00 or more. Ipsy Glam Bag Plus also sends a deluxe makeup bag every month.

Ipsy also has a regular subscription. For $12.00 a month, you get a glam bag full of 4-6 beauty items.

Glam Bag Ultimate is $50.00/momth and contains 8 full-size products and 4 deluxe-size samples.

Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items.

Ipsy now ships in a pink polymailer bag, instead of a box.

The makeup comes in a little drawstring bag. This month, my bag was black with an eye on the front and the back says “You're Magic”.

SERAPHINE BOTANICALS Sakura + Sage – Vegan Eyeshadow & Blush Palette $42.00 This palette has a mix of 6 shimmery and matte shadows, and two blushes. This is a nice go-to palette and would be nice for traveling.

These are the swatches of the colors. They applied a bit light on my arm but they look better with a primer.

Dr. Brandt Poredermabrasion $58.00 This is a micro crystal cream that works deeps to clear pores and reduce the size of pores. This also works to improve your skin's texture. It has a gritty texture that you really feel working. Even the smell was nice. You rub the solution in circular motions across your face and leave it on for 1-2 minutes. After using this, I really felt my skin was clean and the pores especially around my nose and chin were less noticeable

VIOLET VOSS Lip Gloss in Romantical $12.00 I tend to select lip glosses in all my boxes. This is a thicker gloss that makes your lips look more voluminous and it's not sticky.

THRIVE CAUSEMETICS Brilliant Eye Brightener™ in Aurora $24.00 This highlighter is in a pink color and has macadamia and meadowfoam oil to glide on easily. This is perfect for the corner of your eyes to make you look wide awake.

THEBALM COSMETICS AUTOBALM® GRL PWDR $26.50 This metal compact contains three blushes: peachy pink, warm brown, deep rose—plus, a rose gold highlighter.
