Sprezza Protein Shaker $10.00 Shaker bottles are a must-have if you like protein drinks. I tend to mix mine in a blender but you can put your protein powder in the cup with your liquid of choice and shake.
Ballpoint Pen $7.99 This pin has a good weight and writes in black ink. It comes with a velvet pouch to store it in.
2020 Monthly Journal $20.00 The journal is more like a calendar or day planner. It has a week at a time and has a few lines to write down notes and dates.
Loot Pin Enamel Pin $9.99 I thought this was from Loot Crate but I think it's a different company. The pin says “Hustle all the time”. You can hustle in your exercise program or in your job.
Honorable Beast Athletic Socks $12.00 These athletic socks are great for running. The socks are a mix of cotton, nylon, polyester, and spandex. They fit up to size 13, so they will be big enough to comfortably fit my husband's feet.
Smart Req Jump Rope $11.99 It's a new year, so everyone is trying to workout and get fit. Jumping rope is a great cardio activity to burn those calories.
Coupons There were several coupon cards for Ladder, Naked Wines and Vinvero.
