First Look

The theme for February is “The Jubilant Jester: A Fairytale Sequel”.

Booster Bricks Club February 2019 Review

Each box comes with a new story. When you get to a red brick, you stop and build the challenge build. This month, the story is about Jessie, who is a court jester in Brickovia. She is down and depressed because no one is laughing at her jokes.

If you want to skip the story, there is a breakdown of the projects on a card. The box also comes with a sticker.

Challenge #1 Challenge #1 is to use the Minifigure Challenge pack to build Jessie, the court jester at Brickovia.

Challenge #2

Challenge #2

Challenge #2

Challenge #2 Using the Microbuild Challenge Pack, build the Laugh-O-Meter. The Laugh-O-Meter measures how funny Jessie is each day.

Challenge #3 Using the Spotlight Piece and up to 15 other pieces from your collection, build the Enchanted Flower. The Enchanted Flower is what Jessie stumbles upon while she is walking in the woods.

Challenge #4

Challenge #4

Challenge #4 Using the pieces in the Premier Challenge Pack, build the laugh factory. My son took a different take than what the story described, but I like it. The top rotates on the pink brick.

Challenge #5

Challenge #5

Challenge #5 You have to put on a blindfold for this challenge. Then, use the pieces in the blindfold challenge, create the Jesters hat. This is always the hardest challenge in the box.

Final Thought: My kids have really started to become obsessed with LEGOs. They both wanted to complete each of the challenges this month. Once we get done making all the builds, my kids take the LEGOs apart and build something new. You can check Booster Bricks at this link.
