First Look. I received a paper that the meals were packed in dry ice, but my box didn't have any.  Even though there was no ice, all of my meals were frozen solid.

The box came with a cautionary note about the ice, a packing list, welcome note, and a nutritional guide.

Enchilada Casserole I love Mexican food, so this was the first meal I tried. It was recommended to heat the food in the oven, but I was busy and heated it in the microwave. The casserole is made with tofu, red pepper, vegan cheese, whole tomatoes, garlic powder and more. It had a great flavor. The sauce is applied separately after warming it in water. It's wasn't spicy, but it did taste like an enchilada casserole

Country Fried Chick'n This meal consisted of vegan chick'n breast, mixed veggies, and mashed potatoes. This was cooked in the oven for 15-20 mins and the gravy was heated in hot water. My husband loves country fried chicken, so I didn't know if he would enjoy the vegan version. I kept the gravy separate, so he could add what he wanted to the meal. My husband really enjoyed this meal.  The gravy tasted great with the chick'n and it was a meal my husband would eat again.

Chick'n Quesadilla This quesadilla is huge and was more than enough for dinner. It comes with a bean sauce that you can apply all over, use it as a dip. I baked this in the oven, so the edges were crispy. The cheesy had a zesty tang to it, which really added a nice flavor to the meal.

Pasta Bolognese These noodles are paired with Chinese eggplant, mushrooms, carrots in a red wine bolognese sauce. I actually couldn't believe that this wasn't made with meat. It did have a bit of a spice, which I enjoyed. This meal was huge and I couldn't eat it all in one meal.

Red Curry: This was the other meal that my husband tried. He loves curry, so he was the best person to try this meal. The curry meal came with brown rice. My husband really enjoyed the sauce but didn't love the rice. I might have taasted better if we had baked it, instead of microwaving it.

Hand Greenade

Hand Greenade This drink is made of pineapple, celery, cucumber, green apple, spinach, and kale. My husband didn't love it but didn't think it was bad either.  This has two servings in the bottle and 50 calories in each serving.

Final Thought: My husband and I both loved this subscription.  My husband and I aren't vegan, so we were both very surprised how tasty each of the meals tasted. My favorite meals were the quesadilla and the enchilada casserole. $120 Value – Take $30 Off Each Of Your First 4 Deliveries Of The 5- Day and 7-Day Weight Loss Plans at Veestro.com Using Code WEIGHTLOSS.
