November 2018 Boxycharm Review

BOXYCHARM is a beauty subscription box that sends a box of beauty item worth over $100.00, for only $21.00 a month.

Each box contains 4 to 5 full-sized beauty products from well-known, chic, and up-and-coming brands. BOXYCHARM sends out full-size products, and each box always has a great value.

The new BoxyLuxe is an upgrade to the regular Boxycharm subscriptions. Boxes are $28.99/quarter and come with 11 items. Four of those items will be the featured spoilers from Boxycharm and 7 items will be other beauty products. The value of the BoxyLuxe box will be over $300.00.

First Look

The theme for November is “Goal Digger”. The information card unfolds to show what's in the box.

Ace Beaute Grandiose Eyeshadow Palette $24.99 The featured palette this month has 8 colors and has 4 shimmer and 4 matte shades. I like the pink tones of the palette, along with the glitter tones of myrtle and primerose.

The colors are beautiful, though a few of the shades are a bit patchy, so you may need to blend them a bit longer.

Cover FX Glitter Drops – Nova $44.00 This was the one product I was looking forward to the most. It's more than double the value of the box and the glitter is bright. You only need a tiny bit of this, so this bottle should last forever.

Luxie Luminous Eye Set $21.00 I was surprised by how small these brushes are, but they are very beautiful. The glitter wrap is exclusive for Boxycharm. The set includes a round brush for smudging, mini tapered or blending the crease, mini flat angled brush to blend out harsh lines and the mini angled can apply color to your brow bone.

Jonteblu Glittering Star Eyeliner $5.00 I received a glitter liquid liner a few years ago and it was one of my favorite eyeliners. It's long gone and I haven't had another glitter liner until now. This is a black eyeliner with gold specks in it. It really makes your eyes pop.

Lashaholic Lashes Instaglam False Eyelashes $14.99 I have never worn eyelashes, despite getting so many in subscription boxes. I can wear contacts, but the thought of putting glue near my eye scares me. I am going to save these, and maybe I will try them out one day. If you have any lash applying tips, feel free to comment below. These lashes are in the style “Instaglam”.

Final Thought: My box had a total value of $109.98. The Cover Fx drops is my favorite item in the box. The brushes are also nice and very useful. Boxycharm is my favorite subscription and it's worth every penny. Use this link to subscribe to Boxycharm.
