There was a little information card in the box with everything in the box.
Evnea Wellness Tea $8.00 Drinking tea can be not only refreshing but have some health benefits too. This is a blend of lemon balm, peppermint, and sage. Drinking this can help improve digestion, help with a common cold and strengthening the immune system.
Heart Tea Infuser $8.00 A heart tea infuser was included to go with the tisane tea. Once the tea is inside the heart, you can use the handle to help diffuse it into the water. The heart opens up to hold the loose leaf tea.
Scentuals Natural & Organic Skin Care – Cedarwood Essential Oil $10.00 I really enjoy getting essential oils in subscription boxes. This came at just the right time. I have been suffering horrible allergies and cedarwood helps clear the sinuses.
Tumbled Stones Desert Rose $5.00 My son has a couple of these stones and they are so unique. You can use this for protection and self-confidence.
The Dreaming Yogi Meditation $10.00 Every box comes with a new meditation from The Dreaming Yogi! These meditations are a great way to do before you start your day.
