Fuego Box April 2018 Review

Fuego Box April 2018 Review

Fuego Box is a hot sauce of the month club that sends craft and small-batch hot sauces. Fuego Box sends truly tasty and dynamic sauces, and they refuse to send “insane heat, gimmicky labeling, and extract-based sauce”

When you subscribe to Fuego Box, you will get a special introductory box with a mini-tasting notebook, 2 full-sized sauces, and a few samples (Read the Introductory Box Review Here). Your 2nd box and on includes 3 full-sized hot sauces.

There are three different subscription plans:

  • 3 Hot Sauces per Month: $29.95
  • 3 Hot Sauces per Quarter $29.95
  • 1 Hot Sauce per Month $12.95  ($5.00 shipping)

First Look

Fuego Box April 2018

Fuego Box includes three information cards about the hot sauces in the box.

Burns & McCoy Exitium

Burns & McCoy Exitium Burns & McCoy's official mantra is “We believe that flavor is the foundation for anything that we create. This sauce is a mix of shallots, roasted garlic, ginger, along with yellow 7 pot peppers, yellow moruga scorpion peppers, and a Carolina Reaper pepper blend. This sauce is said to be very hot. I am a bit nervous to try it.

Hellfire Private Reserve Gourmet Red

Hellfire Private Reserve Gourmet Red This one was the first sauce to be used in the box. It's like the red sauce you buy in the store, only much better. It's made with tomatoes, garlic, cilantro and some milder peppers. This is a good all around hot sauce.

CaJohns Fiery Foods Serrano

CaJohns Fiery Foods Serrano This is made with Serrano Chiles, apple cider, ancho chiles, new-mex chiles, lime zest, roasted garlic, and cumin. In addition to using this on top of tacos, you can use this as a marinade for chicken.

Final Thought: Fuego Box always includes such unique hot sauces each month. The Hellfire sauce is one I am going to be using for several meals. I love using hot sauce to add flavor to my meals. You can check out Fuego Box with this link and use the coupon CRATE to save $10.00 on your first box. This coupon also works on the single bottle subscription, so you can get a box for under $3.00.
