The theme for this box is “Transform”. Details about the products in the box are in your online account.

Cassava Pops - Volcano and Luau BBQ

Cassava Pops – Volcano and Luau BBQ Cassava Pops are lighter chips, similar to Munchos. Each of these bags have only 100 calories, but are still very flavorful. I haven't had the Volcano flavor yet, but the Luau BBQ had a yummy smokey bbq flavor.

O' Hawaii Island Lava - Lava Crisps

O' Hawaii Island Lava – Lava Crisps Oh, these were so good. They are crispy chocolate with macadamia and chocolate chunks. This was like a crispy cookie and they come from Hawaii.

Mrs Thinster's Chookie Thins - Chocolate Chip

Mrs Thinster's Cookie Thins – Chocolate Chip I love Mrs Thinster's treats. These chocolate chips cookies are allergy friendly, no artificial ingredients, non-gmo, or no corn syrup. These are a much healthier cookie than most other cookies.

Emmy's Organics Coconut Cookies - Vanilla Bean

Emmy's Organics Coconut Cookies – Vanilla Bean These are a combination of almonds, cold pressed coconut oil and vanilla bean. These are vegan, organic and gluten-free. This is go in my “babysitter box” for my parents.  They love coconut!

TRU Woman Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough

TRU Woman Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough This is a chocolate covered protein bar. It's softer than most other protein bars, and initially I liked the taste. It tastes like there is coconut in the bar, but that's not one of the ingredient. Because of the coconut taste, this wasn't one of my favorite items. This is a healthy bar though, only 190 calories and it has 12 grams of protein.

Dancing Deer Baking Co Cranberry Organge Walnut Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

Dancing Deer Baking Co Cranberry Orange Walnut Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie This is a great item for a quick breakfast. This has 270 calories and it has 5 grams of protein. It's a very soft treat and I will be grabbing this one morning to eat after my workouts.

Westminster Bakers Co Oyster Crackers

Westminster Bakers Co Oyster Crackers These are natural crackers and will be add them to a soap or salad. They would go great with the turkey chili I am having tonight.

Avenue Sweets Apple Caramels

Avenue Sweets Apple Caramels My husband grabbed these and was very impressed. They tasted great and were easy to chew. So many caramels are very tough, these were not.

Popped Chickpeatos - Zesty Ranch

Popped Chickpeatos – Zesty Ranch I don't particularly love chickpeas, but these are great. They are a puffed snack, similar to a cheese ball, but they are ranch flavored. The whole bag is only 100 calories, has no gmos and 6 grams of protein and fiber.

Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities

Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities These are like Starbursts, but healthier. They are made with no artificial flavors, no gmos, no artificial colors and are gluten free! The lemon/raspberry flavored candies are my favorite.

Jana Banana Bar with Peanut Butter

Jana Banana Bar with Peanut Butter When I first saw these in the box, I was a bit skeptical of the taste. My 6 year old loves bananas, but I have never been a huge fan. This bar ended up really impressing me! It has a very natural taste. You mainly taste the banana, with bits of peanut butter thrown in. It's a great combination and it's paleo, vegan, non-gmo and gluten free. This has 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber.

There were a few coupons and advertisements in the box, but no free item coupons.

Final Thought: I really enjoyed this month's box. I loved the Cassava Pops and the Island Lava. There was only one item that I didn't love. If you want to subscribe, there are two different deals.
