Spring 2018 Yuzen Subscription Box Review
Yuzen is a quarterly eco-friendly subscription box that sends various natural and organic lifestyle products. Boxes are $33.00 and are delivered in the spring, summer, fall and winter. Yuzen says they “send a little zen every season”. I was sent the Winter 2015 Yuzen box for review.

First Look
Everything comes in a little drawstring bag.
When you open the booklet, there are descriptions for all the products in the box.
Derma E Anti-Wrinkle Vitamin A Glycolic Scrub $2.75 This scrub smells good and it works to exfoliate and cleanse your skin, so you have brighter skin. I noticed a remarkable improvement especially in my nose and chin area. This has a gritty feel, but it felt great on my skin. This made with plant extracts, Glycolic Acid, apricot seed powder and papaya.
Aromatherapy Associates DeStress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil $3.98 This oil has scents of grapefruit, lavender and ginger and is great to relax your muscles. I workout six days a week and Sundays are my day to relax my muscles. I tried this out this past weekend, and it was a nice way to get ready for a new week.
Aromatherapy Associates Revive Body Gel $10.80 This gel is designed to improve circulation and even out your skin tone. This is scented with grapefruit, rosemary, juniper and smells amazing. Both Aromatherapy products are a bit strong, so I wouldn't use them together.
Capricious Skin Care Retinol 2.5% Serum $49.99 for 1 oz (this is 1.2 oz) Retinaol serums are expensive and this one retails for over $49.99. It works to activate collegen and elastin production. It also helps improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles. I was actually going to buy another expensive retinol serum, until I received this box. I started using the serum, and hope to see results soon.
Hugo Naturals All Over Lotion in Vanilla & Sweet Orange $8.99 This is a full size lotion, scented with vanilla and orange. It's made with shea butter, aloe,and botanical extracts so it will deeply moisturize your skin.
Good Day Chocolate Calm Supplement $3.29 While I think chocolate is calming anyway, but this has added L-theanine to reduce stress. These were a candy coated chocolate ball. You can take 2-8 at a time, depending on how relaxed you need to feel.
ilike Organic Skin Care Lemon Cleansing Milk This is a lemon scented cleanser that can remove makeup. This worked well on my eye makeup, which is always the toughest to remove. This is also great for sensitive skin, because it's made with apple-derived antioxidants and organic herbal oils.
There were several coupons and advertisements in the box for products in the box.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of over $79.80. I love the retinol serum and the Derma E scrub. This box had a great value! You can check out Yuzen here.
