First Look. The theme for this box is “Play”. The information guide gives you background information about all the products in the box and the artisans who make them.

Rosewood Dice With Pouch - Set of 4

Rosewood Dice With Pouch – Set of 4, India $12 each This dice are all hand carved from rosewood in Northern India.  Dice have been around for centuries.  It used to be believed that the results when you three dice, were because of supernatural forces. You can use this dice as part of a board game or by themselves.

Rosewood Dice With Pouch

The dice all came in this little pouch.  If you have another home for the dice, you can use this pouch for the tooth fairy.

Wooden Mini Puzzle

Wooden Mini Puzzle, India, 4″ x 4″ $20.00 This is the puzzle version of Tetris! Puzzles are great for keeping your mind sharp. This would be a great gift for someone of any age on your Christmas list. This puzzle is made of rosewood and mango wood.  It's an art piece more than just a puzzle. The puzzle came with a cheat sheet for the puzzle.  I would recommend using some putty to stick it to the bottom of the puzzle, so it doesn't get lost.

Wooden Spinning Top, India, 2.25″ x 2.5″ $10.00 This top is handmade and really works.  Many tops can be hard to play with, but both of my kids can make this one spin.  This is a beautiful piece and my whole family has had fun playing with it.

Mini Palm Leaf Basket

Mini Palm Leaf Basket $8.00 This basket is made by the same people who have made the other woven baskets from GlobeIn. These are handmade in Oaxaca, Mexico and are perfect storage containers.  We use ours for small toys.

Gift Tags - Set of 4 (Assorted)

Gift Tags – Set of 4 (Assorted), India $6.00 These gift tags were made through Matr Boomie. They are a solid color on the back, so you can write on them. I actually tied the ends of the string and used them as ornaments on my tree.

Sketch Book

Sketch Book (Assorted Colors), India, 4″ x 6″  $12.00 This journal is going to be a gift for my oldest son. The journal was made with 100% cotton, instead of trees.  Everything is used from discarded scraps, so it's very eco-friendly. The pages are all blank inside, so you can use this to write in or sketch.

GlobeIn Artisan Box December 2017 Review

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $104.00. I loved all the toys in the box, they would make great stocking stuffers and presents this holiday season. The puzzle and top were my favorite items in the box and I can see my kids playing with both of them.  You can save $10.00 on your first box of any subscription, PLUS get a FREE mug, just use coupon SAVE10FREEMUG.
