Bigfat's Sea of Green Verday Style Hot Sauce This is made with roasted tomatillos, poblano peppers, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro. This is perfect for burritos, tacos, pizza, seafood, chicken, or grilled cheese.

El Machete Insurgente This company is based out of LA and is made with garlic, fresh carrot, white onion, oregeo and fire roasted orange habeneros. I was surprised to see that this is great on hummus, one of my favorite food. You can also add this to tacos, grilled shrimp, coctails, eggs and more.
