Information Sheet

There were coupons, a holiday card and the information sheet inside the box.

Barilla Sun-dried Tomato Pesto

Barilla Sun-dried Tomato Pesto $2.99 This box is filled with items to have a pasta night. This pestos sauce has limited ingredients, so you are enjoying real food instead of chemicals.  The combination of sundried tomatoes, capers, garlic and onions sounds wonderful.  The jar has three servings, which will work out, as one of the four of us won't eat pasta.

Barilla Ready Pasta $1.99 Our family is so busy, it feels like we are always going somewhere. This works like the fast cooking rice, just place in the microwave, vent and cook.  There are only two servings, so this could be a quick dinner when there is just one parent.

Mulino Bianco Sfilati

Mulino Bianco Sfilati $3.99 To go with the pasta dinner, there was a huge bag of breadsticks.  These have green and black olives in them, but you couldn't taste them.  I wish there was more pasta to go with the breadsticks, but we have plenty at home.  These were crunchy but not too dry.  They would also work well in a salad.

Mlino Bianco Baiocchi

Mlino Bianco Baiocchi $2.99 For dessert, there was a bag of hazelnut and cocoa creme sandwich cookies.  The center is almost like a chocolate moose, very good. The cookies were a sweet shortbread like cookie.

SuckerPunch Gourmet Spicy Garlic Pickles

SuckerPunch Gourmet Spicy Garlic Pickles $5.99 My husband loves pickles, but we tend to not to buy them often. My husband thought these were fairtly spicy, but liked the flavor.  They are a small batch pickle and the jar is 24 ozs!

BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette $3.99 I just recently started eating salads and balsamic is the only dressing I will eat. A serving is two tablespoons, so eat it sparinly, because the calories can add up.

Cauli Rice

Cauli Rice $2.99 Cauliflower rice is a much healthier alternative to regular box. I have only found cauliflower rice at Trader Joe's, which is pretty far from my house.  This is actually on Amazon, so I won't have to drive as far to get it.  Each subscriber will receive either spicy chicken or original.

Good Thins "The Beat One"

Good Thins “The Beat One”  $2.49 This was my favorite snack in the box! I love beats and in chip form made them even better. These are a thin beat with balsamic vinegar and sea salt.  These are so addicting, I have to make sure and get a serving size and then put away the box.

December 2017 Degustabox Review

Final Thought: The total value of the box was $27.42, not counting the free morning rounds coupon ($5.00 value). I like the pasta theme this month and that most of the box could be put together for a complete meal.  Unlike snack boxes, Deguastabox includes products for real meals. If you want to subscribe, use the code BOXMOM and get your 1st box for $9.99, FREE Bonus item , and get free shipping,
