Information Card

Every box comes with an information card with all the food items listed in the box.

tomato and basil soup.

The back of the information card had a recipe for tomato and basil soup.

King Arthur Flour Essential Goodness Lemon Bar Mix

King Arthur Flour Essential Goodness Lemon Bar Mix $4.95 This mix is free from artificial ingredients and is made with real lemons. This has a short bread crust mix, which really sounds yummy. I have never made lemon bard, because they always look too difficult to make. This box makes it look pretty easy.

Reese Mango Quinoa MedleyReese Mango Quinoa Medley

Reese Mango Quinoa Medley $3.99 This ready to eat treat is a mix of quinoa and fruit.  There were two different flavors sent out, I received the mango.  This is easy to eat, healthy treat will be a great grab and go snack.

SunRype Fruit To Go

SunRype Fruit To Go $0.50 each These fruit strips came in apple wildberry and apple strawberry watermelon. These are gluten free, nut free and vegan.  My kids love all sorts of fruit snacks. I know they will enjoy finding these in their lunch boxes this week.

Natural Sins Crispy Coconut Chips

Natural Sins Crispy Coconut Chips $1.99 This “un-potato” snack is just dried coconut chips.  My 5 year old is the only person that eats coconut in my house, so these will go to him.

Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Korean BBQ Stir Fry

Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Korean BBQ Stir Fry $3.49 This sauce is already made, so all you need to do is add steak, corn starch, 1 egg white, white onion, green onion, cooking oil and salad oil. I like getting anything in subscription boxes that makes dinner easier.

Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna $4.99 This tuna is made with 100% pole and line caught albacore tuna.  It's ranked #1 by Greenpeace.  Instead of draining the juice, you can mix it with your meal for added omega-3s.

Post Shredded Wheat - Cinnamon Roll

Post Shredded Wheat – Cinnamon Roll  $3.49 Subscribers received either this or the mixed berry variety. This cinnamon roll cereal has cinnamon frosting with vanilla in the middle. My husband and kids eat cereal every day, so this is one less box of cereal I have to buy.

Angelic Bakehouse Bread Crisps Sprouted Mash

Angelic Bakehouse Bread Crisps Sprouted Mash $4.00 These little bread bites can be used as appetizers, snacks or meals. This is sprouted grain bread, then toasted and topped with sea salt.

Mutti Tomato Puree

Mutti Tomato Puree $4.49 This was the product featured in the tomato and basil soup. To prepare this, just heat it up!

Goya Rice Pilaf

Goya Rice Pilaf  $1.99 This rice pilaf is made with toasted orzo pasta, onion and garlic. This is a side dish all really to cook.  I am going to make some chicken breasts, a veggie, and dinner will be done.
