Beauty Box 5 is a beauty subscription box that sends at least 5 beauty full size and sample size products to your door each month.You can get a box for $12.00 on a month to month plan and save even more with a multiple month plan.

Cost: Monthly: $12.00 3 Month Subscription: $30.00 ($10.00 a month) 1 Year Subscription: $109.00 ($9.08 a month)
What's in the box? Sample box of all things beauty. For a small monthly fee you'll receive at least 5 Full size and Samples size makeup, skin care, and fragrance products.
What is the sign up deadline? You must sign up by the 21st to get the next month's box.
Where do you ship? Beauty Box 5 sends to the lower 48 and Canada. They do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or APOs.
When does the box ship? 8th of the Month
How do I cancel? You must cancel before the 21st of the month to avoid getting the next month.
This box arrived very late!
First Look. The theme for July is “Let's Get Lost”, which I think is what the July boxes did!
The information card has descriptions and retail prices for everything in the box. The little red hearts are full size items.
Luseta Beauty Argan Oil Hair Masque $7.00 Apply this mask after shampooing and leave on for 5 minutes. The mask protects you hair against damage with nourishing argan oil and wheat protein.
Styli-Style Line & Seal Eye Liner $6.50 I received the color Black Pearl. I haven't swatched it yet, but I use black eyeliners daily. This is designed to go on smoothly and last all day.
Manna Kadar Cosmetics Glo Illuminator $11.60 This highlighter has a pink tone, and adds just the right amount of shimmer, without being too bright.
Seraphine Botanicals Quince + Crimson Crayon $24.00 This lip and check crayon does double duty. It's a nice deep color and it blends nicely as a cheek color. This went on really smoothly, especially for a lip crayon. This is vegan and is designed to last for 8 hours.

Nanacoco RIO II Nail Polish Collection – Copacabana Cora $3.95 While I am not a huge fan of coral, this pink-coral is so pretty. This is going to be the next color is use on my toes.
BB5 Cut That Crease Brush $10.00 This crease brush was included in every box as a free gift for the box arriving so late.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $63.05. I loved the hair mask and the lip crayon. Everything was nice this month and the retail value was also impressive.
