Barrel & Blade is a subscription box filled with tactical, survival, and EDC gear. There are two different boxes: Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 boxes are $49.99/month and come with three or more high quality, hand-picked tactical accessories and EDC gear. Level 2 boxes are $99.99/month and come with four or more items high quality, hand-picked tactical accessories and EDC gear.

Barrel & Blade came in a large white box. I received the Level 2 box for review.

First Look

There was a welcome card on top of the box and a decal.

Breakthrough® Military-Grade Solvent $16.95 This non-water based solvent helps clean away carbon, copper, lead and barrel fouling, without leaving a residue. You can also use this on Cerakote and hydro-printing.

Battle Born High Purity Oil $16.95 This low-viscosity oil is a 100% synthetic gun cleaning oil. This is anti-rust, anti-foam and anti-wear additives.

Breakthrough Technologies Pistol Gun Cleaning Mat $12.95 This mat is huge and is made of polyester top and neoprene rubber backing. The mat measures 11” x 17” will keep any oil and dirt from getting anywhere else.

Gerber Short Stack Maintenance Tool $54.00 This tool has 15 different functions and can fit in Magpul Moe and Miad pistol grips. Gerber is a great company with a high quality tools.

Tuff 1 Gun Grip Cover Boa $16.95 This grip can fit on a number of grips, just be sure not to cover up any safeties or functions.

Kershaw Fraxion $32.99 This knife is lightweight and the handle has a carbon fiber overlay. There is a safety feature to prevent the knife from closing when it's open. This is one of my husband's favorite items in the boxes.

This blade is super sharp!

Final Thought: This box had a total value of the Level 2 box was $150.79! What a great value and a great box.  For those who are looking for a tactical type box, this is a great one to consider.
