BarkBox April 2017 Review

BarkBox is a subscription box especially for your dog.  BarkBoxes contain all-natural treats and other the coolest pup products in each box contains things you can't find at the typical big-box pet store. BarkBox has their treat and toy scouts scouring the country every month for the best toys and treats that will help keep your pup happy and healthy.

Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been hand selected and approved by Scout, head product tester for BarkBox.  Boxes are $29.00/month, but if you subscribe for a year, you only pay $20.00.  Also, you can get a free box with any subscription when you use this link.

BarkBox ships around the middle of the month.

First Look

The paper was covered in  dogs and emojis

Pawty like it's 1990

The theme for April was “Pawty like it's 1990”. There was also a sheet of fun stickers.

Nootie Joy Sticks Pork Flavored Treats

Nootie Joy Sticks Pork Flavored Treats $6.00 These treats are made in the USA and are little sticks.  They are grain free, wheat free, corn free and soy free. These are great for training and I know my dog Buddy will like them.

Fitz's Phat Fanny Pack

Fitz's Phat Fanny Pack This has a really nice squeaker inside and has a nice thick rope. This brings back fun memories of my fanny packs, though I am thankful they are no longer in style!

B'nana & Coco Treats

B'nana & Coco Treats These round cookie treats are made with peanut butter, banana, and coconut. The packaging reminds me of Saved by the Bell.

Need For Speed Skate Need For Speed Skate

Need For Speed Skate $12.00 This may be the cutest dog toy ever! I don't this has a squeaker, but it's really sturdy, so Buddy won't be able to destroy it.

Smart n' Tasty Chicky Twizzies

Smart n' Tasty Chicky Twizzies This dog chew is grain free and promises not to stain your house.  I am not going to test that and just let Buddy try this outside.

BarkBox April 2017 Review

Final Thought: This 90's themed box was so cute!  I loved the toys in this month's box, especially the roller blade. BarkBox always sends such great toys and the snacks are great quality. If you want to subscribe, use this link with the code BARKGIVES to get a FREE box with any subscription plan.

Howloooo! Thanks so much for reviewing this month’s throwbark theme – isn’t it like, SO FETCH?! 🙂 I am so glad that you and Buddy enjoyed the goodies and hopefully it reminded you of the good ole days. And while fanny packs may not be in style…. they definitely should be! It’s a great way to hold treats while still having two hands free 😉

The rollerblade has been a pack favorite and has us skating through fond memories of the 90s! It should have a squeaker around the heel and the top – sometimes you have to search through the plush! If you’re unable to find them, let us know so we can get a pawsome squeaking toy out to Buddy. Just bark at [email protected] and we can lend a paw!

Thanks so much again for reviewing this month’s box, two paws up! Have a howlin’ great day!
