The information card has a list of everything in the box.  There are color coded dots to indicate if an item is gluten free, non-gmo, vegan and new this month, (x2).  Some snacks this month came with 2, instead of one.

Crunchy Rob's Humalayan Pink Salt Popcorn

Crunchy Rob's Humalayan Pink Salt Popcorn  (NON-GMO, VEG, GF) $1.49 This popcorn is air popped and has just the right amount of salt to make it taste great.  I don't remember every getting a popcorn that I didn't like. My 7 year old ended up snatching this for his snack at school.

Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities

Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities (NON-GMO, GF) $1.59 +2.+1.These little fruit chews taste very similar to Starburst.  My favorites are the lemon.

Earnest Eats Apple Ginger Trail Bar

Earnest Eats Apple Ginger Trail Bar $1.75 This granola bar has a apple ginger flavor.  This would be good to grab if you don't have time for lunch or need that boost later in the day.

Bite Fuel Peanut Butter Power Bites

Bite Fuel Peanut Butter Power Bites (NON-GMO, GF) $3.00 These peanut butter cookies taste great and have 6 grams of protein in each serving.

Party-Tizers Dippin' Chips Veggie

Party-Tizers Dippin' Chips Veggie (NON-GMO, GF) $1.36 These scoopable chips are great with some all natural salsa. I also like they are made with kale, carrot and spinach.

Mrs. Thinster's Chocolate Chips Cookie

Mrs. Thinster's Chocolate Chips Cookie This (NON-GMO) .61 These chocolate chip cookies have less than 100 calories a bag and satisfy my sweet tooth.

Dr. Popps Lollipops

Dr. Popps Lollipops (Natural) $3.30 These lollipops are great for kids and have nutrients to keep kids healthy.  The orange pack is honey and eucalyptus and the green are zinc and vitamin C.  Both sets of suckers are all natural, and free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and sugar.

Coffee Blocks Butter Coffee Block

Coffee Blocks Butter Coffee Block (GF) $2.99 Just add this coffee block with 8 ozs of hot water and 4 ozs of cold.  My husband enjoys coffee, so he will probably take this to work.

Wild Garden Roasted Garlic Hummus & Chips

Wild Garden Roasted Garlic Hummus & Chips (Natural) $3.60 Thanks to subscription boxes, I love hummus.  This pack contains some pita chips and roasted garlic hummus.  The pita chips were a bit tougher than I would prefer, but they went well with the hummus.
