First Look
All the ingredients were wrapped in burlap fabric.
Irish Taste Club wrapped all the breakable items in bubble wrap.
There was two-sided information card with everything in the box.
Crossogue Cranberry Sauce These preserves are made using traditional cooking methods and are free from artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Since this is the November box, it makes sense there was cranberry sauce included.
S.D Bell's Belfast Tea The company was founded in 1887 and is one of Ireland's oldest independent tea importers and coffee roasters. This box has 25 tea bags of Belfast tea, which is a black tea mix of Indiana and Kenyan teas. We actually received this in a past box, and my husband enjoyed the tea.
S.D Bell's & Coffee Specialists Handmade Peppermint Creme This wasn't listed on the information card, but it was really tasty! Anytime, you have dark chocolate and peppermint, I am going to like it. This was an excellent after dinner treat.
Hawthorn Lane Spicy Pumpkin Relish This company was founded just 3 years ago, and they have already won awards. This pumpkin relish is made with 100% natural ingredients: pumpkin, apples, tomatoes, onions, cider vinegar, brown sugar, sultanas mustard seed, and spices.
O'Gormans Cottage Traditional Ham Glaze At this point, I am ready for some Thanksgiving dinner. This company is based out of Birr in County Offaly. This is made with apple juice, apples, sugar, honey, rapeseed oil and spices. This looks fantastic.
Our Daily Wheaten Bread I never bake, but I think even I can complete this recipe. You just add water to this mix, bake for 40-45 minutes, then enjoy! I received a soda bread in a past box that was really good. I look forward to making this one too.
The Galway Good Co Gaway Bay Lavender Shortbread Cookies Ah shortbread, one of my favorite cookies. The shortbread was sweet, just as I expected. The added lavender was interesting, but I didn't love it with the cookies. I would much rather enjoy it in my bath.
Joe's Farm Chips Mixed Potato Crisps These are light crisps (chips) that are made with purple, pink and white potatoes, sunflower oil and Irish sea salt. The bag is resealable, if you can put down the bag. These were amazing and quickly gone.
Final Thought This was a well put together box! I like there was a Thanksgiving theme for many of the products. This box included several food items.
