What is Nerd Block Horror? Horror Block is filled with toys, collectibles, and a t-shirt from your favorite brands including A Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, The Walking Dead, Aliens, Halloween, and many more!
The Shirts: There are 4 categories of shirts: 1. Guys and Gals from size S – 4XL, Women's Fitted from S-2XL, Men's Fitted from S-2XL and Youth from XS-XL There are extra costs for larger sizes: 2XL=$1.50, 3XL=$2.50, 4XL=$3.50
When am I charged? You are charged each month on the day you registered. So if you ordered on the 10th, you will be charged on the 10th every month.
How do I cancel? “Just email [email protected] with your name and address, and we'll cancel your account. Please note that all orders must be cancelled 24-hours prior to that month's Block closing date. The closing date for every month can be found at http://www.nerdblock.com under the countdown timer.”
I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get this box until November.
First Look
One side of the information card gives a description about their featured item for the month.
The back of the card has a list of everything else in the box. There were four exclusive items in all.
The Walking Dead Hardcover Ruled Journal – Walkers (Insights Journals) $18.95 This journal has 192 acid free pages. There is an elastic band to keep the journal close and even a hidden pocket int he back of the book. My husband likes to use journals to plan various projects and since he is a Walking Dead fan, he is going to get this book.
The back right side of the book has a hidden pocket.
Halloween T-Shirt (Exclusive) This is a high school take on the Halloween movies. I really wish I had this for Halloween, but I will wear it all year long. The shirt reads “Run for your Life…Haddonfield High Horror Track Team 1978”.
Demonic Toys $6.50 This dvd is about cute little toys that become deadly and start attacking. I haven't watched this yet, but I want to see how cheesy this movie really is.

Doug Bradley Autograph (Exclusive) Doug was the original Pinhead, who was one of the scariest movie characters growing up. This autographed picture comes with a little card of authenticity.
Dextue Syringe Pen (Exclusive) This looks like a real syringe, but it's an ink pen. It has the Dexter logo on the side and came with a card promoting the new season.
OUIJA Money Clip (Exclusive) I wasn't allowed to have a OUIJA board growing up, but I always wanted one. This clip comes on a mini OUIJA board clip.
Rue Morgue Magazine $9.95 Rue Morgue is packed with interesting horror related stories. This is a pretty large magazine, so it usually takes me a month to be able to go through it all.
Final Thought: I didn't get a full retail value of this box, but I really enjoyed it. I thought the shirt was great and something I will really wear. The money clip, autograph and pen were also great. I am really glad I decided to subscribe to Horror Block again.
