Inside Look

All the artwork was rolled up in the tube.

The theme for the box was Game of Thrones.

There was a Nerdy Post Postcard with pictures relating to the theme. I don't have HBO, so I asked my friend Megan to help with this review.  The descriptions of each item and the final thought are her words.

The Poster

The Poster I liked the inclusion of this Tyrion quote over the more often used “I drink and I know things” (AWESOME quote, but overused right now). It sums up Tyrion and how he factors into the game

Sticker So even as an avid GOT fan, the sticker…I cannot read if part of that is lettering or just design. Knowing it is for the Night’s Watch, I tried to decipher, but honestly couldn’t. Cool design however.

Bookmark Bookmark

Bookmark: Show your allegiance to Khal Drogo and his Khaleesi, the mother of dragons Daenerys, with this two-sided bookmark. Khal Drogo may have died, but this love is still a great one. I like the colors also.

Pin: Valar Morghulis. Valar Dohaeris. Love this pin as a way to display and carry the Iron Coin given to Arya by Jaqen. Arya’s story in Braavos is still a favorite of mine and I carry the theory that Jaqen and Syrio are the same faceless man. So I think this is pretty cool

Magnet: What is better than a daily reminder of the wisdom of Syrio Forel on your fridge? (and also who doesn’t miss Syrio?) Perfect size and very handy as well.

Post-its: Super cute idea for notes, I know I love to incorporate quotes or GOT in daily life and I definitely would use this at work. 🙂 I do admit I would like the space to write in to be a bit larger, maybe a few less options in the second portion.

Final Thought: Overall this box is a nice collection of items for the true Game of Thrones fan. Including some of the best quotes from the series, it provides a splash of GOT for many parts of life. My only critique is that I wish there was a bit more Tyrion included…however as we all know there is so much to choose from with Tyrion! Now, my subscription box watch has ended. Valar Morghulis.
