Kickin' It With Kindness

The theme for August was Kickin' It With Kindness.  There was an information card with a list of everything in the box.  The inside of the box had two cards, challenging your family to video yourselves doing the challenge in the envelope.

All the items in the box were broken up into different weeks, so there was something to do all month.

T-Shirt

Week 1: This week your child can wear this soft t-shirt and talk about kindness.  This week, Outside the Box recommends doing a random act of kindness.  My favorite random act of kindness is to pay for the person's food or groceries behind me in line. I want to get the kids involved, so we are going to think of something creative together.

T-Shirt The t-shirt is super soft.  It remember me of a shirt T has already from a fancy boutique.

Week 2

Week 2: For week 2, the family is challenged to send a pair of shoes to Soles3Souls and do the challenge I mentioned above.  There was an address label to use when mailing the shoes.

Strictly No ElephantsWeek 3: For week three the family can read the included book and do the craft.

Strictly No Elephants $12.59 This book is award winning book is about a boy and his pet elephant.  It's pet club day and the club won't let elephants in.  This was a good book to read to my kids. We talked about how differences and friendships.
