BarkBox September 2016 Review

BarkBox September 2016 Review

BarkBox is a subscription box especially for your dog.  BarkBoxes contain all-natural treats and other the coolest pup products in each box contains things you can't find at the typical big-box pet store. BarkBox has their treat and toy scouts scouring the country every month for the best toys and treats that will help keep your pup happy and healthy.

Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been hand selected and approved by Scout, head product tester for BarkBox.  Boxes are $29.00/month, but if you subscribe for a year, you only pay $20.00.  Also, you can get a free box with any subscription when you use this link.

BarkBox

BarkBox shipped in a new box this month.  I like the little doodles.

First Look

First Look.  This month had a back to school theme.  The paper in the box was covered in doggy superlatives.

There isn't an information card in the box, but there was a flyer about checking out the BarkBox shop.

Number Poo Pencil

Number Poo Pencil $12.00 This toy is a BarkBox exclusive.  The pencil is made of durable material and it has a squeaker inside.

Sloppy Joe Treats

Sloppy Joe Treats These are all natural treats that are made in the USA.  These are made to simulate the popular school meal.  These are made with beef, tomatoes, potatoes, and flaxseed.

Crunchy Puffs

Crunchy Puffs $6.00 These vegetarian treats are made with just yak milk, cow milk, and lime juice.  There are only three treats in the bag, so this is a fancier snack than most bagged treats.

Munchables Sausage and Chips

Munchables Sausage and Chips  There are two treats in this package: chicken sausage and sweet potato chips.  The chicken sausage is made with rosemary and natural smoke.  The sweet potato chips are made with sweet potatoes and rice.  Buddy has a few treats opened right, so we are waiting to try these.

Peanut Butter and Jowly Sandwich Toy

Peanut Butter and Jowly Sandwich Toy $12.00 This plush sandwich is soft, plushy and has two squeakers.  My 4 year old saw this and wants to take it to his play kitchen.  It does look cute enough to be used as a toy.

Final Thought: This was such a cute box.  We are getting several toys, so I like this box had more snacks.  My favorite item is the sandwich, but I am sure Buddy will enjoy everything. If you want to subscribe, use this link for a FREE box with any subscription plan.
