I was sent the Hawaii destination for review. There was a little book that listed all the products in the box and a description about them.
Hawaiian Iced Tea Packet The information card says this has a “touch of Aloha in every sip”. I have been to Hawaii twice, but never tried their ice tea. My husband enjoys tea, so he will take this to work.
Gardenia Waimea White Gardenia Scented Palm Wax Candle This smells just like Gardenias and fills the room with fragrance. I love the smell and this reminds me of Hawaii.
Maui Pineapple Plantation Car Freshener I have never been one to really use car fresheners, this will go to my husband. This smells like pineapple with a mix of vanilla thrown in.
Hawaii Mango Lip Balm $3.25 This lip balm is very moisturizing and is scented with fruity notes. This was much more moisturizing than other lip balms I have tried.
Waikiki Teakwood Tiki Set of 4 Tea Lights This have a woodsy/floral scent that reminds me of a rainforest scent. These would be nice on an outdoor picnic.
North Shore Surfer’s Paradise Room Spray This room spray has the best floral scent that really covers up room smells. I have been using this in the bathroom and other typical “stinky” places and it works great.
Oahu Revealed: The Ultimate Guide to Honolulu, Waikiki & Beyond $12.71 My family has been wanting to go back to Hawaii soon, so I might actually use this. This book covered all there is to see and do on Oahu. For those who don’t plan to go to Hawaii, this may not be the best item for the box.
Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut These are some of the freshest macadamia nuts that I have had. I am going to have to find more of these, because other store-bought macadamia nuts don’t measure up to these.
Final Thought: I thought this was a great smelling box! I thought the scents were a good presentation of Hawaii. I will even use the guidebook (hopefully). The September box will be themed “Maryland”. If you want to subscribe, use the coupon SAVE10 to save $10.00 on your 1st box.
