GlobeIn July 2016 Benefit Basket Review + Coupon
Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. I received this box for review
The GlobeIn Benefit Basket is an artisan subscription box and a great box for people who love the regular GlobeIn box, but want a bit less. The Benefit Basket contains one crafted good from a remarkable, remote artisan, all in a colorful, handwoven basket from their weaving collective in Oaxaca, Mexico. You will also get story of the artisan, their community, and how you are making an impact on their lives. The Benefit Basket is $19.95/month or $56.95 for 3 months, but you can get $7.00 off your 1 box of a 3 month subscription with the code TRYBENEFIT.
I love the new GlobeIn boxes.
First Look. There was a quote about this month’s box on the inside lid and an information guide in the box.
The information guide lets you know all about the items in the box, and who made them.
GlobeIn Signature Palm Leaf Basket (Oaxaca, Mexico) $12.00 Every GlobeIn Benefit Basket comes with one of these hand-woven baskets. I use these all over the house: storage for small toys, decoration, remote storage and more. If you subscribe to GlobeIn, what do you use these for?
Hand-Painted Heart Dish, (Palestinian Territories) $15.00 This heart-shaped dish was made through Hebron Glass, which also made two items for the regular GlobeIn Artisan Box. This dish measures 5″ at the widest part and can hold a variety of things. I have a ring hold in my kitchen, but since this matches my dishes, I am replacing it with this. The flowers and leaves were all hand painted.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $27.00. I liked that the dish matched the items from the regular GlobeIn box, If you want to subscribe, you can get $7.00 off your 1 box of a 3 month subscription with the code TRYBENEFIT. You will pay under $17.00/box.
