BuddhiBox is a green/eco-friendly subscription especially for people who love yoga and healthy living.  Boxes are $30.95/ month and are filled with 4-6 deluxe and full size yoga and healthy lifestyle products. I actually don't normally do yoga, but I really enjoy BuddhiBox and I have used every box they have sent. Most of the items you will find in the box are organic and vegan.  BuddhiBox also gives back to a charity each month.

The information card has a quote on the front “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” Lao Tzu  There was a recipe for Starberries fruit of the Spirit and Health along with the featured yoga pose this month, Balasana (child's pose).  I always try to do the yoga pose in each box, and this is one I can do.

The information card has a list of everything in the box and there are symbols to indicated if the product was Vegan, Organic or Cruelty Free.

Yogasana: The Encyclopedia of Yoga Poses

Yogasana: The Encyclopedia of Yoga Poses $23.38 This is a comprehensive guide to over 800 yoga poses.  All the chakras are explained and the book is broken into different categories for easy reference.  There are poses for beginners, as well as advanced poses.  This is something I will be keeping, to work into my workout routine.

Shea Natural Massage and Body Oil, Serenity Lavender Rosemary $8.15 This was a special bonus product in the box.  I love lavender and rosemary and these scents are mixed with shea butter and almond oil to give you great smelling, hydrated skin.

Great Soles Women's Ballet Sock , Black/Grey $12.00 These are going right into my workout bag!  While I don't strictly practice yoga, I do plank.  Often during my plank, my feet can start to slide on the mat.  These socks have little grippers to keep you in your pose.  I am going to try these and see if I can hit 5 minutes!

Hemp Hearts $1.00 This was another bonus in the box.  These are healthy hemp seeds, perfect for a salad.  While I have said for years that I don't eat salads. I finally found a salad I will eat.  There is a berry/pecan salad at Meijer I love and I am going to put these hemp hearts on it for added nutrition.

House of Juju Mother's Day Love & Light Tea Light

House of Juju Mother's Day Love & Light Tea Light $3.50 This candle is made with essential oils and quartz, which has so many benefits.  All the essential oils mix together to give it a wonderful floral scent.
