Playlist and Quote

Playlist and Quote Each box contains 5 new songs to add to your playlist, along with a featured quote on the back of the card.  The quote this month was “Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow”- Ralph Waldo Emerson.sticker

There was a GymBag sticker in the box.  I peeled it off so you could see what it looks like.

introductory note

There was a little introductory note about this month's box.

information card

The back of the information card has a list of everything in the box and the values.

Viter Energy Mints

Viter Energy Mints $3.99  Not only do these freshen your breath, but give you energy.  Two mints have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee and there are 0 calories!

5 Hour Energy

5 Hour Energy $2.42 I haven't used this in conjunction with exercise, but these are good to have on hand for a long drive or to push you through that last hour of work.  These are sugar-free and have no added carbs.

Gatorade Prim Energy Chews

Gatorade Prim Energy Chews $1.87 I used to buy these frequently when I was training for my long runs.  These are great for pushing your through mile 7 of your 10 mile run.  I need to get back to serious training, so I will be saving these.

Cellucor C4 On The Go

Cellucor C4 On The Go $3.58 This pre workout drink has Vitamins B6 & B12, 8 calories, 2 carbs and 0 calories!  Drink this before a workout and you will have the right amount of energy for your workout.  I am not a blue raspberry fan, so my husband will get this.

BCAA ENERGY Blue Raz & Fruit Punch

BCAA ENERGY Blue Raz & Fruit Punch $56.97 These are great for muscle building and contain zero sugar and carbs.  This had a great value with this just one product.

Charged Chocolate Tasty Energy

Charged Chocolate Tasty Energy I an all for eating chocolate for energy. The bar has the same energy as two energy drinks.

033

Fitbook Six Pack Fitness Edition $24.95 This is a complete book to set goals, record measurements and record your workouts.  There are pages and pages to record your diet, exercise and progress in.  I love this and have already starting filling it out.
