Saffron February 2016 Soap Subscription Box Review

Saffron is a soap subscription box with artisan crafted bath and body products.  Each month, Saffron released a new bath/body product in addition to their soaps.  Saffron is working on making moisturizers, bath bombs, bath salts, body butters, lip scrubs and much more.

There are three different boxes: Essentials Box, Premium Box, and the Family Box.  The Essentials Box is $13.99/month and comes with 2 bars of soap or 1 bar of soap and another bath product like body butter, bath bombs, lip scrubs, and more.  The Premium Box is $19.99/month and contains 3 bars of soap or a combination of soaps and bath products.  The Family Box is the largest plan and it has 5 bars of soap or a combination of bath and body products at $29.99/month.

The Details:

Cost: $13.99/month for Essentials, $19.99/month for Premium and $29.99/month for Family.

Saffron shipped in a little white box.  I was sent the Essentials Box for review.

information card

There was a general information card in the box with a list of many of the popular soaps.

Bluefish

Bluefish: $9.99 This bar is designed to slow the effects of wrinkles with Omega 3's and smells like Ginger Ale.  The smell is fantastic and has a fresh smell.  This soap is made of a blend of cottonseed, palm, coconut, olive, pomace and caster oils.  This soap is also paraben, sulfate, and cruelty free,

Satsuma

Satsuma $9.99 This soap is designed for dry/irritated skin and has a great citrus scent.  This is made with the same ingredients as the Bluefish. I tend to have dry skin in the winter, so this is the first bar I am going to use.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $19.98 (using their shop prices) and the cost of the box was only $13.99.  I love organic/natural soaps.  My husband and children struggle with eczema, and natural soaps are great at avoiding flair ups.  If you want to try Saffron Soaps, use this link with the code WELCOME to save 30%.
