welcome note

There was a welcome letter in the box for this month's box. The theme for this month's box is “Bulking Season”.

The back of the card has a list of everything in the box and the retail value.

Quote of the Month

Quote of the Month “When you get right down to the root of the meaning of the word “succeed”, you find that it simply means to follow through” – F.W. Nichol.

Playlist: Each box contains 5 new songs to add to your playlist.  I am always looking for new music, so I am going to check out these songs.

The Protein Bakery Peanut Butter Blondie and Black and White Brownie

The Protein Bakery Peanut Butter Blondie and Black and White Brownie  $9.00 These sweet treats are packed with protein and are gluten free.  This is a nice way to eat a dessert and get protein.

Buff Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Peanut Spread

Buff Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Peanut Spread  $13.99 This chocolate spread is made with chia and flax and would make a great topping to some fruit.  One serving has 11 grams of protein.

Metrx Big 100 Colossal Bar Peanut Butter Pretzel

Metrx Big 100 Colossal Bar Peanut Butter Pretzel  $3.09 This bar is packed with protein (30 grams).  This has 410 calories and is great to eat as a meal replacement, or before an intense workout.

MusclePharm Combat Crunch Bar

MusclePharm Combat Crunch Bar $3.99 This is similar to the BIG 100 bar, but with half the calories and 20 grams of protein.  This is in the cinnamon twist flavor, so it sounds great too.

RSP Nutrition Creade

RSP Nutrition Creade $31.98 You mix this with 6-8 oz of water and is made to optimize endurance, strength, and recovery.  I am trying to only drink water, so this will  be nice to add a bit of flavor and energy to my drink.

MusclePharm Coco Protein Pina Colada

MusclePharm Coco Protein Pina Colada $4.99 This drink will make you feel like you are on the beach, but it's healthy.  The drink is coconut water and protein (20 grams), gluten free and soy free.

Mutant Pro 100 Gourmet Protein Powder

Mutant Pro 100 Gourmet Protein Powder $11.99 This is 100% and is in Vanilla Milkshake Flavor.  This is my favorite product in the box.  I have been wanting to reorder my protein shakes and this came at the right time.  At only 140 calories, this has 25 grams of protein.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $79.03, which is a great value for only $55.49/month.  I work out frequently and eat a high protein diet.  I really liked the products included in this box and it will be easy to incorporate them into my current diet/exercise plan.  If you want to try GymBag, use this link.

I don’t recommend using creating unless your trying to bulk/gain muscle mass. It will also make you retain more water so that you will look or feel more bloated. I am naturally thin and I used this to gain some weight and with affective protein intake and strength training I gained 15lbs of muscle mass.
