One of the best things about this box is the freedom to skip the month's you want (You have until the 5th of the month).  You log into your account at the first of the month and you will see what your box will look like.  You can choose to skip or do nothing and keep the box.  Just a note about this review, I received this box a few days ago, so it's not 2 months late.

Custom Pumpkin Pie Spice by RawSpiceBar, Los Angeles, CA $4.00 This is made of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, mace, star anise, and spices.  You can bake a pumpkin pie with this and use the left over spices in your coffee.

Original Chicken Pie Spice by RawSpiceBar, Los Angeles, CA $4.00 This spice is made with tarragon, sage, white peppercorns, thyme, allspice, black peppercorns, garlic, and marjoram.  Hampton's Lane also included a recipe for chicken and squash pot pie.

Double-sided Pastry Cutter by Fox Run, Ivyland, PA $7.00  I remember watching my grandmother use a similar tool to make her famous cherry pies.  I am not much of a baker, but I really want to make a pie, so I can play with this.

Essential Ceramic Pie Weights, Ivyland, PA $8.00  You can put these weights in the bottom of your pie crust, and they will keep your pie crust from blistering or shrinking.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $77.00.  As a novice cook.
