Custom Pumpkin Pie Spice by RawSpiceBar, Los Angeles, CA $4.00 This is made of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, mace, star anise, and spices.  You can bake a pumpkin pie with this and use the left over spices in your coffee.

Original Chicken Pie Spice by RawSpiceBar, Los Angeles, CA $4.00 This spice is made with tarragon, sage, white peppercorns, thyme, allspice, black peppercorns, garlic, and marjoram.  Hampton’s Lane also included a recipe for chicken and squash pot pie.

Double-sided Pastry Cutter by Fox Run, Ivyland, PA $7.00  I remember watching my grandmother use a similar tool to make her famous cherry pies.  I am not much of a baker, but I really want to make a pie, so I can play with this.

Essential Ceramic Pie Weights, Ivyland, PA $8.00  You can put these weights in the bottom of your pie crust, and they will keep your pie crust from blistering or shrinking.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $77.00.  As a novice cook.
