Linen Crate Living Room Review

Linen Crate Living Room Review

Linen Crate is a home decor box that lets you customize your preferences, so you get curated products for all areas of your home. When you sign up, you will fill out a profile with your style preferences.  There are two main subscription plans: The Elite Crate, $75.00 plan and The Prime Crate, a $109.00 plan.  The Elite Crate comes with 3 Home Decor, accessories and Linen items that values above $115 that can be used to decorate your home.  The Prime Crate comes with 3 Home Decor, accessories and Linen items that values above $150.

Your subscription will start with the bathroom box and then every month will feature a different room.  You can check out the room cycle at this link, and see what month will feature what room.  A 6 month subscription will let you experience all the rooms.

The Details:

Cost: Elite Crate $75.00/month, Prime Crate $109.00/month.  Yearly subscriptions are available.

Coupon: Use the coupon boxmom40 to save $40.00 on your Prime Crate.

What's in the box? Each box features specially selected items to decorate your home.

031

Linen Crate shipped by FedEx in a huge box.

032

First Look.  I didn't give a style profile for the review box, so I wasn't sure what I would receive.

033

Everything was well wrapped.  Breakable items were wrapped in thick bubble wrap.

013

There was an assortment of cards in the box: a thank you card, a contest to win a crate, and a card with the value of the box.

015

There was also an information card for the items in the box.  I received the Prime Crate for review.

Shiraleah Gold Grid Bali 18" Pillow

Shiraleah Gold Grid Bali 18″ Pillow Original Price $60.00, Sale Price $29.99 The pillow and sham came in two different bags.  I love that you can remove the sham and wash it, great for homes with kids.  This may be a bit to glam for my house, but it is working pretty well on my black couch.  The gold is a nice metallic, so this can really dress up an area.

010

Torre and Tagus Hammered Copper Short Vase  $49.41  I love this vase and this is the biggest vase I own now.  The side features a hammered metal design and the fact it is metal, means this is also kid friendly.  I won't have to worry about this falling over and breaking.

011

Shiraleah Agate Coasters (set of 4) Original Price $68.00, Sale Price $34.99  This set of four agate coasters are really heavy and nice.  They measure 4″, so they are big enough for any beverage.  I will save these back for my adult parties, as they will be breakable around children.

005

Final Thought: The box had a total value of $114.39 (using prices I could buy the items for today). I was disappointed that the original value of $189.00 and the current available price of $114.38 were so far apart.  The $114.39 is over the cost of the box, so you are still getting a value with this subscription.  What I really like about this subscription, is the items are matched to your preferences, so you will get pieces that go with your home.  I hate picking out home decor, and honestly I couldn't tell you my style.  I like someone can pick out unique items for my home and send them to me monthly.  If you subscribe for 6 months, you will cover all the rooms in the house.  To try Linen Crate, use this link with the code boxmom40 to get $40.00 off your prime crate subscription.  This is a huge coupon so don't pass it up!  It expires end of October.

I considered ordering from this company but decided not to after reading the info card. To let marketing materials with that many grammatical errors and typos be sent to reviewers and customers is unacceptable and shows their quality and attention to detail needs immediate improvement.

I kinda like this sub box. I am thinking of subscribing to this box too. I have been watching it since it was launched. Great customer service from what I read on other sites. The marketing materials need improvement but thier decor collection is to my liking.
