Okie Goodies shipped in a big box. They even marked fragile on the side, so nothing would get broken.
First look. There was tons of squiggles and each product was also packed in bubble wrap. Nothing was at risk of being broken.
The theme for July is “Poppin’ Firecrackers”.
The information card contained information about each of the product.
Premier Popcorn Liberty Mix – cherry, cheesecake, and blueberry. This popcorn is made in Tulsa, OK and the red, white and blue favors are Premier’s most popular flavors.
Triple AAA Root Beer Company – Root Beer and Cream Soda This company dates back to 1937 and developed more than 24 different flavors. The company closed in 1974, but reopened by Bricktown Candy Co in 2014. My husband loves root beer and cream soda, so this will be enjoyed.
Mema’s Authentic Salsa Connie originally made for family and friends, but later was persuaded to manufacture it for everyone. This salsa is crazy addicting. It has small chunks and a nice spice. This would also be great on tacos.
Blackjack Spicy Beef Jerky This jerky is made with sliced cuts of beef. It has a spicy, smoky bbq flavor that is really tasty. My husband and I put a huge dent in the bag.
Twisted Oak Foods Twisted Sauce: This smoky sweet sauce can be used on steaks, burger, pork chops and chicken. I love new tangy sauces to use for grilling. This one is being used this weekend!
Suan’s Scotch Bonnet Flavor Sauce: Suan discovered the Scotch Bonnet Pepper in Jamaica and fell in love. When she came back to the states, she started making jellies and sauces with this pepper. This is described as a spicy cheesy sauce.
Trader Dave’s Gourmet Foods Spicy Cheddar Popcorn Seasoning: Our family loves popcorn, so I can’t wait to use this on our next movie night. I am the only one who likes spicy food in my house, so this bottle will probably all be mine.
Sweet Prairie Home Firecracker Fudge This creamy chocolate fudge has red pepper flakes in it for a really unique taste. I think I would prefer the fudge without the pepper flakes.
Final Thought: This was a fantastic box, This box was well worth the $30.00 cost. The salsa was by far my favorite thing in the box, and I am going to have to find a way to get more. The popcorn, seasoning and sauces are fantastic. Okie Goodies delivered a well curated box full of wonderful foods.
