There was a OHD welcome note in the box.

The information card was on a little piece of paper.

OHD Leather Bracelet with Locket and Charm

OHD Leather Bracelet with Locket and Charm $40.00  OHD (Our Heart's Desire) is a jewelry business and this is one of their pieces.  You can change the charms in the center compartment.  I like the concept of this piece, but I don't care for the colors.

Here is a closeup of the center.

"Urban Decay" Naked 6 Lipstick:

“Urban Decay” Naked 6 Lipstick: Urban Decay didn't make a Naked 6 lipstick, which is something I realized after getting this product in hand. I brought my concerns to OHD and they quickly addressed the issue. They apologized for including the product and said they had no knowledge this wasn't authentic. They are taking steps to ensure this won't happen again and are going to be giving subscribers a gift certificate.   For more information on replacements, check OHD's Facebook page on August 31st for an announcement.

Benefit Girl Meets Pearl Facial Primer Lotion

Benefit Girl Meets Pearl Facial Primer Lotion $10.00  This liquid highlighter gives your face a nice glow.  It comes out a darker gold/pink, but it really blends into your skin,  I would show a swatch, but it blends in too well with my skin.

Developing Kids Who Love to Read CD

Developing Kids Who Love to Read CD $10.00 I couldn't find this specific item online, so I am going with the suggested retail on the information card.  This is a cd that has a series of different speakers that discuses the importance of teaching the love of reading to kids.  I did listen to part of the cd, but it's not something I really have time to listen to.

Avon samples and file

Avon samples and file A sample vile of Viva Fergie was included, along with two other  fragrances and a fingernail file.  There was also a catalog for Avon.  The Viva perfume is a multi use perfume, the other two are a one time only samples.

Juice Plus with Samantha Kertz

Juice Plus with Samantha Kertz  I have heard of Juice Plus, and it has been something I have wanted to try.  I received a sample of the Orchard and Garden Blend chews and Juice Plus Complete French Vanilla, along with directions to make a smoothie.  “Juice Plus+ is whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 30 different fruits, vegetables and grains.”

Jamberry sample with Michelle Sims

Jamberry sample with Michelle Sims A Jamberry sample was included in the box. Jamberry is a nail decal that lasts for several days.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $60.00, not counting the lipstick.  This box wasn't completely my tastes but the value was over the $15.00 cost.  I was happy that they are making it right with customers for the lipstick.  If you want to try OHD Dreambox, use this link to get 20% off your subscription.

Are you sure that benefit girl meets pearl is authentic? It looked like really cheap packaging to me and in light of the UD fake I looked it up and it seems the real GMP is a pretty tube stick, not a junky squeeze tube. I followed last month’s debacle and I didn’t comment then but 90% of those glowing reviews after the owner guy commented seemed fake to me. They used words not normally used and each one had the prices of items listed which is also unusual. This box has so many red flags IMHO. I’m not trying to down a new box because I love new boxes when they’re good with good value, but you would think after last month they would absolutely be on point and not send out one maybe two fake and possibly dangerous items!

They do make the Girl Meets Pearl in the smaller size, so I really feel it’s authentic. Here it is on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GNBJZ0Q/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687502&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0093SO0MY&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1WRBMCVMZZC840H592AY. I agree the fake UD lipstick didn’t sit well with me, but I will say, when I brought it to their attention, they didn’t try to cover it up. Hopefully they bring out a great box next month.

I rec’d the email/apology…maybe I’m having a senile/blonde moment, but does this email constitute the actual $30 ‘gift certificate’, or will that be in a separate email? The correspondence suggests that you choose what you want & send your ‘list’ with your address …& the gift voucher or whatever it is. I’m finding their website kind of hard to navigate smoothly as well …looking to the expert for answers! :O) If EVERYONE rec’d a $30 freebie I’m worried they won’t even have enough stock.

I was a little confused, too. They told me to just email them what I wanted with my shipping address.

  5. Emily, September 8, 2015:

There is NO WAY they didn’t know that wasn’t made by urban decay. It’s shocking to me that they thought subscribers wouldn’t realize that either. I would say stay away from this box in it’s entirety. Seems like a way for people who are consultants that work for this box to get their name out for Jamberry and everything else. LAME. Anyone who knows even a speck about Urban Decay knows they didn’t come out with anything like this! Urban Decay promotes the absolute crap out of everything they offer! The fact that these people didn’t do ANY research whatsoever is SCARY! What if they send out a recalled beauty product?? OR something with harmful chemicals!

I’m sorry, but I honestly believe they were trying to pass this off as a new up and coming urban decay product. Mistakes happen, yes, but this is a business they’re running, and I do not for a second believe that they didn’t know what they were doing.
