Jerky Snob is a new subscription service that features artisan beef jerky. All the jerky is free from MSG, Nitrates, Nitrites, or High Fructose Corn Syrup. Jerky Snob features only the best artisan and small batch producers. The 1/2 lb box features three to four 8 oz bag for $27.00/month. The 1 lb box contains six to eight 1 lb bags for $54.00/month.

First Look
Jerky Snob featured two artisan jerky providers this month: Righteous Felon Jerky and Lawless Jerky.
Righteous Felon Jerky: Righteous Felon Jerky was founded by 3 small town crooks. Righteous Felon Jerky Cartel produces and traffics high-potency beef jerky “made with illegal combinations of unique, all-natural ingredients.” The Black Angus Beef used in their jerky is grown/raised without hormones and antibiotics.
Righteous Felon Che-Potle Guevara $8.00 This jerky is super tender and has a slight spice, but nothing that burns your tongue. My husband loved this and he hates spicy food. There are no additives, so there is no bad after taste.
Righteous Felon O. G Hickory $8.00 This had a smoother texture and had a smoky BBQ flavor. At only 60 calories a serving, this is a healthy snack too.
Lawless Jerky: Lawless Jerky was founded by Matt Tolnick, an attorney. He loved how happy his jerky made people, so he left his practice and went into the jerky business. All the jerky is made with Harris-Robineete Beef's 100% grass-fed, dry-aged beef. They have the only dry-aged jerky.
Lawless Jerky Pho: $5.99 The first thing I noticed was the packaging. I love the upside down scales of justice and how Lady Justice is peeking out from her blindfold. This jerky is made with cilantro, mint, basil, star anise, cinnamon and cloves. It really has a slight sweet pickle flavor, that is really quite amazing.
Lawless Jerky Aloha Teriyaki $5.99 This sweet teriyaki was our favorite jerky in the box. Super tender and flavorful, not to mention it only has 100 calories in the whole bag! My husband and I both have been snacking on this all night.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $27.98 and it was one of my favorite box I have reviewed! My husband and I have been eating away at all the great jerky. I have always said I hate beef jerky. It turns out, I am really a Jerky Snob, I hate store-bought jerky with all those artificial flavors. Jerky Snob sends the best jerky I have ever tasted.
