Geek Fuel August 2015 Review

Geek Fuel August 2015 Review

Geek Fuel released there would be a Wolverine or Spiderman item in the August's boxes and I was really hoping to get Wolverine.  Geek Fuel is a geek and gamer box that is always filled with awesome memorabilia and has a great value.  Each box is $17.90 plus shipping, and they ship worldwide.  Geek Fuel always includes a shirt with every box, and the value is always over $40.00.

The Details

Shipping: Geek Fuel ships to the US ($6.00 shipping fee), Canada, and many more countries!

What's in the box? Every box will pack a t-shirt, toys, collectibles and more in their monthly boxes.

Geek Fuel ships in a bright red box at the end of the month.

The Geek Fuel magazine this month included articles about Deadpool, Comic Con, Fallout 4 and more!

096

This month, there was an Exclusive Deadpool shirt.  You can also win a Mexican Feast from Geek Fuel (Yum)!

097

The back of the information card features everything in the box.

098

Exclusive Deadpool T-Shirt: $15.00 This is a great Deadpool shirt.  The material isn't too think and it's pretty soft too. This is one of the better shirts we have received in boxes.

Anrus's Awakening Downloadable Game Code & Teleportation Charge

Anrus's Awakening Downloadable Game Code & Teleportation Charge: $15.00 There is a steam code for this 2D Mythical Game, available for PC or MAC.  The “teleportation charge” is a bag of poppers int he pack, those things you throw on the ground and they pop. Unfortunately, ours came out of the bag, getting sawdust through the box.

Adventure Time Pocket Pop! Keychain

Adventure Time Pocket Pop! Keychain $12.99 Each Geek Fuel box contains either Jake or Finn from Adventure Time.  I love this little Pop! figure, he is going right next to my Evil Queen Pop!.

The World According to Wolverine (Insight Legends)

The World According to Wolverine (Insight Legends) $15.64 Yes!  I was really hoping for the Wolverine item and that's what I got.  Other subscribers receive The World According to Spiderman.  This book is filled with advise, memorabilia and information from Wolverine, on what it's like to be a Superhero.

030

Here is a look inside the book. I used to watch the X Men cartoon as a child and Wolverine (and Gambit) were my favorite characters.

Post Apocalyptic Currency Magnet

Post Apocalyptic Currency Magnet:$3.00 est  To commemorate Fallout 4 coming out, you can put your Nuka Cola magnet on your refrigerator.  This is a really cool magnet and will go nicely with out collection.

TMNT Lollipop

TMNT Lollipop $1.00:  This is a sour apple sucker, which will go in my children's reward box.

049

Final Thought: This box had a total value of around $62.63.  A great geek and gamer box, best of all, there were items for both my husband and I.  He loves the shirt and I really love the book, although he is trying to claim that too.  If you want to try Geek Fuel, use this link and save $3.00 on your first box.
