Buddhibox August 2015 Review

Buddhibox August 2015 Review

BuddhiBox is a green/eco-friendly subscription especially for people who love yoga.  Boxes are $30.95/ month and are filled with 4-6 deluxe and full size yoga and healthy lifestyle products. I actually don't normally do yoga, but I really enjoy BuddhiBox and I have used every box they have sent. Most of the items you will find in the box are organic and vegan.  BuddhiBox also gives back to a charity each month.

The Details:

Cost: $30.95/month, $27.95/month for 6 months, $25.95/month for 12 months.

Coupon: Use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.

What's in the box? BuddiBox ships you a curated box of 4-6 products that enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. BuddhiBox practices Saucha or pure living.
We only partner with businesses that follow ethical and conscious standards of production. Most of the items we feature are organic and vegetarian.

When does the box ship?  10th of the month.

Website: https://www.buddhiboxes.com

BuddhiBox shipped in a much bigger box this month.

Inside the bigger box, there was the regular Buddhibox and a box of incense.

Recipe of the Month

Recipe of the Month:  This month, Buddhibox enclosed a recipe for Iced Coconut Marley Coffee.  This recipe in based on the Marley Coffee enclosed in the box.

featured quote

The featured quote is “Though her home is on the surface, She is still a Universe” – Jason Mraz.

The information card gives detailed descriptions about each product and there are symbols to let you know if it is vegan, organic or cruelty free.

Jesse & Co - Lotus Necklace

Jesse & Co – Lotus Necklace $25.00 Legend says Buddha left a trail of lotus flowers as he walked.  The lotus flower is a symbol of “spiritual awaking and enlightenment” and this pewter necklace is a reminder to stay on your spiritual path.

Here is a closer look at the flower.

Marley Coffee

Marley Coffee $10.00 Created by Rohan Marley (Bob Marley's son), this coffee is sustainably grown and ethically farmed.  The company also gives back to clean water initiatives through the Wise Coffee Project.  My husband has already snatched this up for his office.

Chopra Center Meditation Downloads

Chopra Center Meditation Downloads $7.00 I used to meditate all the time, but with my busy schedule, I have pushed it aside.  This download is good for 3 meditation downloads.  I am definitely going to try it out.

My Mat My Matra Magnet "Get your buddhi on the mat"

My Mat My Matra Magnet “Get your buddhi on the mat” $8.00 This magnet is really funny and a great way to inspire you to workout.  I was a bit surprised by the $8.00 cost though.

Chopra Center Sandalwood Incense

Chopra Center Sandalwood Incense  $10.00 I am not a huge fan of incense, but this is sandlewood scent has an amazing spicy, sweet scent that I love.

Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter

Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter – Almond Scent $6.00 I love shea butter, the moisturizing properties of shea butter really makes my skin feel amazing.  This a great almond scent, perfect for fall.

Final Thought: This box had a $66.00 value and there were several great items in the box.  I love the shea butter and the necklace.  My husband will use the coffee and the incense will be great to burn.  If you want to try BuddhiBox, click HERE and use the code yogaeverydamnday to save 10% on your subscription.  If that expires, you can use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.
