1. “That caviar is a garnish!†: This line is from the movie You've Got Mail, it's actually my favorite movie. Meaning: Maybe there will be a food item in the box. I can't imagine caviar, but you never know. Maybe a fancy necklace of jewelry that will “garnish” your neck.
2. …despite appearances, I like you, very much: This line is from Bridget Jones' Diary. Meaning: I am thinking a fancy journal or diary perhaps.
