The information card gives detailed descriptions about each product and there are symbols to let you know if it is vegan, organic or cruelty free.

Boat Pose

The featured yoga pose this month is Boat Pose.  Every month, Buddhibox includes a new pose, and while I don't do yoga, I always try each month's pose.  This pose works on those core muscles and helps your balance.

Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies Recipe

The featured dish is Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies.  While I am not vegan, these brownies sound pretty good.

Gypsy Soul Organics Aromatherapy Spray "Freak of Nature"

Gypsy Soul Organics Aromatherapy Spray “Freak of Nature”  $9.99 This spray is designed to make you spell fresh after a workout.  It has notes of fir needle, bergamot, clove, cassia root, eucalyptus, cedarwood, lavadin, and peppermint.  Overall I like the woodsy, minty notes in this spray and it's something I will keep with my workout gear.

Bear's Beauty Zinc Sun Lover's Cream

Bear's Beauty Zinc Sun Lover's Cream $10.00 This sunscreen protects you from the sun and is environmentally friendly.  The glass jar is recyclable and reusable amber glass and the sunscreen is safe for fish and coral.  I actually didn't know sunscreen was harmful to fish and coral, so I learned something new.

October Fields Nag Champa Candle Tin

October Fields Nag Champa Candle Tin $7.00 Living with a house of men/boys means we tend to burn a few candles.  This is made with frengipani and sandlewood and is perfect for adding some peace and tranquility to a room.

Erin's Faces Firming Eye Gel

Erin's Faces Firming Eye Gel $25.00  In addition to having a great name, this roller ball tube contains DMAE and which hazel, which gets rid of puffiness and under eye creases.  This really helped my puffy eyes this morning and the roller bell felt great on my skin.

October Fields Organic Vegan Lip Balm $4.00  This lip balm is made with pumpkin seed, sweet almond, jojoba, candelilla wax and cocoa butter.  It smells like chocolate and is all organic, what's not to like!

Auromere Ayurvedic Massage Oil

Auromere Ayurvedic Massage Oil .85 (BONUS)  This massage oil balances the three Doshas and is made with 25 oils, herbs and botanical extracts.  I look forward to a nice massage with this!128

Skinny Matcha Om Blend $49.95  Due to a problem in shipping, this didn't make it in the box, but will be mailed separately.  I don't drink tea, but this helps you burn 4 times the calories, reduces stress, gives you energy and is organic.  I am going to try to learn to like this, because the benefits are amazing!

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $105.94, which is quite impressive!  I am really excited to try this tea and see how it makes my workouts better.  The eye gel is my favorite product in the box, the cooling gel works wonders on my eyes.  If you want to try BuddhiBox, click HERE and use the code yogaeverydamnday to save 10% on your subscription.  If that expires, you can use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.
